Your edit to this page was reverted, because the person you added to the list doesn't currently have an article on Wikipedia. We use that as a general guide for what we call "notability". You might read over this guideline. It may be that he "deserves" an article, and you could write it! This page could also help you find out if Lisius qualifies for an article. Joyous! - Hi Joyous! I added the name "Martin Lisius" to the UTA Alumni page at List of University of Texas at Arlington people under the heading "Cinema." He is referenced on Wiki at 16K resolution and at Tempest Tours. Also, the Wiki editor allows for outside links which I provided. This is the actual listing I added: Cinema
- Martin Lisius - filmmaker, founder of StormStock and Tempest Tours, and creator of the short film, Prairie Wind[4], among the first known 16K resolution videos to exist.
- Can you tell me what I need to do to edited this properly? I would love to hear your suggestions. Thank you. Bxep2321 (talk) 22:47, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

- Create an article about the individual first in Draft form and then submit it for review to be fully published, then you can add it to that list.--VVikingTalkEdits 22:49, 26 September 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Viewmont Viking. Thank you for that suggestion. I have created a draft article for the individual "Martin Lisius" as you recommended and submitted it for review. Before doing that, I watched some videos about how to properly submit a new article. They said it is unlikely that they will ever be accepted which I thought sounded strange. I went ahead and submitted though and followed the Wikipedia guidelines the best I could. If you get a chance, will you take a look at my draft and tell me if there is something I need to amend? I want to get it right. Thank you again! Bxep2321 (talk) 00:44, 27 September 2023 (UTC)

- Hi Brachy08. Good morning. Thank you for reviewing the new article "William T. Reid" and for your suggestions. I went through the draft and could not find any external links in the body. All are to other Wiki articles. There are some external links for the citations. Please let me know where you saw them and I'll correct it right away. Also, I read over the "reliable sources" article and it appears to me the references are reliable. Are there some you are seeing that are not? I do want to get it right. Your insight and help are greatly appreciated! Thank you. Bxep2321 (talk) 15:57, 18 January 2024 (UTC)

The Chasers of Tornado Alley: Touching the Sky
[edit]The Chasers of Tornado Alley: Touching the Sky is a 2024 documentary film about storm chasing written and directed by filmmaker and storm chaser Martin Lisius.[1] The film discusses the role of the storm chaser, supercell thunderstorms, how tornadoes form, and the storm spotter - a group of volunteers that report live observations to the National Weather Service.[2] Lisius utilized 4K and 16K video cameras, along with film to capture content for the documentary.[3] Bxep2321 (talk) 16:01, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
