File permission problem with File:Flexsin Office.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Flexsin Office.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

Flexsin

I have deleted your new version of Flexsin. The reason is because this was an identical copy of the article that had already been deleted via a deletion discussion (see WP:G4, which explains this policy in more detail). The earlier discusion that had resulted in the first article's deletion can be found at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Flexsin (which had been linked to at the top of the page for seven days prior to the deletion). The discussion explains why the community decided it should be deleted. Long story short, a subject be notable to have an article in Wikipedia. Specific guidelines for when a companyis notable can be found at WP:CORP. this company clearly does not meet these guidelines.

So what can you do now? Well there are a few options:

Walk away from writing an article about Flexin for now. Work in other areas of Wikipedia. Become familiar with our policies, guidelines, and editing styles, Once you become more experienced, you will be able to see for yourself whether Flexin meets our notability requirements. Maybe it will become more notable in the future. Maybe it won't.
If you think it is notable at the moment, and the article should not have been deleted, talk to the deleting administrator Beeblebrox, and tell him why you think it is notable. I can tell you, though, he will probably tell you that you will need to go to Wikipedia's deletion review, where the community can discuss whether the administrator's decision was correct (and I can tell you now that in my experience, Beeblebrox's decision was correct).
If you think you can write a different article that address the concerns about notability, write a draft at User:ChiranjitPaul/Flexsin, and ask I or Beeblebrox if the new draft properly addresses the concerns.

I can tell you that your best bet is option #1. This company just does not appear to meet our notability requirements. Constantly working on it in this fashion will not be very productive. Also, it will cause people to think that you have a conflict of interest (which I already suspect given your exclusive editing on this subject, and your use of the pronoun "we" when referring to your own editing).
