File source and copyright licensing problem with File:AK Hemal.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:AK Hemal.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 04:42, 27 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 04:42, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

File copyright problem with File:Akhimages.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Akhimages.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Salavat (talk) 05:29, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Contribution in Education
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Contribution in Education. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Ashok Kumar Hemal. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Ashok Kumar Hemal. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Lopifalko (talk) 14:50, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Books, Monographs and Publications
[edit]Hello, Dcsoni,
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Obaid Raza and it's nice to meet you :-)
I wanted to let you know that I have tagged an article that you started, Books, Monographs and Publications, for deletion, because it's impossible to identify the subject of the article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.
For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Obaid Raza}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. B.C. Roy
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Dr. B.C. Roy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". [edit]Hello Dcsoni. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Dcsoni. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Dcsoni|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Praxidicae (talk) 12:54, 16 January 2020 (UTC)
You still have not responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying you may be blocked from editing. I noted above that you need to disclose, you've continued editing despite this. Praxidicae (talk) 14:28, 16 January 2020 (UTC)
Who can update the page??? All information in this page is old and irrelevant. Dcsoni (talk) 04:52, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
If I can not edit, who can edit this page. Please tell us sir. We are the family members of Ashok Kumar Hemal. Dcsoni (talk) 04:54, 20 January 2020 (UTC)

- you're not a volunteer editor when you're editing exclusively about the person whom you are an assistant to (and lying about it, no less, as you've changed your story now three times.) Praxidicae (talk) 16:20, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

Please help me with...
I am DCSONI, from India. I had created my Wikipedia user account "Dcsoni" almost 10 years back; and had created a profile of my brother-in-law Ashok Kumar Hemal in public interest. Now after 10 years the profile of Ashok Kumar Hemal has completely changed, and I am attempting to update the same, but every time I attempt to update the post or add some data to page, it gets reverted. I have completely gone disappointed,
I am uploading image of Ashok Kumar Hemal in wikimedia, but it is reverted every time saying the licensing issue.
Instructions and guidelines given in the Wikipedia administrators is very general and is difficult to understand the licensing issues, and other technical issues, and hence I am not able to resole that at my level.
Dr Ashok Kumar Hemal is an asset to the world community in the field of urology, and is recognised as the best urologist/surgeon/robotic surgeon in USA and other parts of the world, and his present profile displayed in wikipedia has gone irrelevant/old, and need updation.
I am a non-professional user id of the wikipedia, who is completely working in the interest of wikipedia community, purely in public interest. I will not post anything until I get assurance from your side that my updation work will not be reverted.
Please help me and resolve all the issues.
Looking forward for a positive outcome,
Thanks and regards DCSONI, India Email: dcsoni@gmail.com

- Thank you for explaining your relationship to your subject. This close connection is definitely a conflict of interest, even if you are not being paid, and you should post a disclosure on your user page and follow the procedures that apply to editing with a COI. In particular, this means you should not be editing Ashok Kumar Hemal yourself. You can make edit requests on Talk:Ashok Kumar Hemal and an independent editor will evaluate the changes and add them to the article if appropriate.
- The close connection also explains why what you think is plain fact comes off as promotional editing to other editors. When you suggest edits, you will need to provide independent sources for the changes that can be used to verify and your suggested language for the changes must stick to the neutral style required for Wikipedia articles. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 06:14, 18 January 2020 (UTC)
- Dcsoni as I've already told you, refrain from editing articles directly where you have a conflict of interest. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked. Praxidicae (talk) 16:50, 19 January 2020 (UTC)
