Speedy deletion nomination of Monjin
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Monjin, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. KH-1 (talk) 00:50, 24 January 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Monjin
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Monjin, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Monjin, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. 103.6.159.73 (talk) 16:43, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Monjin. Please make your case on the page's talk page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. ⁓ Hello71 16:52, 11 February 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Dreditor1 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
User, Dreditor1, is interested in constructively contributing now that they understand the rules of Wikipedia.
Decline reason:
Technical decline - user can post their own unblock request, and has now done so below. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:29, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Comment: Request submitted on behalf of the user, Dreditor1, after conversation relative to my WP:ACC duties. -- Cheers, Riley 07:07, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- Comment: As far as I can see, the user doesn't have access to this talk page blocked, so the user can make an unblock request in his/her own words when they have read Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. So far we have no evidence that they understand the rules of Wikipedia, given their repeated refusal to take notice of the warnings which they were given here. --David Biddulph (talk) 10:01, 12 February 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
I now understand how wikipedia woks.. i have got amount of references which i can put on page where it will show my contributions to society.. also i understand i need to remove any kind of promotional information. i would just need your co-operation. every individual does error but that does not mean you dont give option to rectify. if you still feel this is not worth then delete the entire account so that it is not shown on google search
Decline reason:
You say "I now understand how Wikipedia works" then talk about "fixing" the article that was deleted. I think you're missing the point that others are trying to impress upon you - you are far better off making no edits on Monjin at all, ever and write your lost money off as experience in life. You really should wait until somebody with no conflict of interest decides the organisation is worth writing a neutral Wikipedia article about. As I can't see any obvious evidence you are interested in improving core topics (all of which need significant work), I can't entertain an unblock at this time. Are you saying that you want to continue to write about your company, Monjin, after having had highly promotional versions of the article deleted twice already? You should have a read of Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines and notability guidelines for companies - you would need in-depth coverage by multiple independent reliable sources for any company article you would want to write. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:37, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
till now my page was done by third party who took $300 from me-- I realised the same. So now I wrote my matter which is not promotional MONJIN Monjin is a dynamic video-based interviewing platform founded by Abhijeet Kashyape, Ashutosh Kulkarni, Prafulla Paraskar and Aniruddha Fansalkar. Monjin is a video database of vetted profiles across various industries, levels and skills powered by its own panel of Global Interviewers Network (PIN). Founded in 2014, the headquarters of Monjin is located in Pune, India with offices in Malta and New Jersey. Overview Monjin is an online digital video platform where a Monjin empanelled global network of Professional Interviewers/Subject Matter Experts virtually meet candidates/job seekers. The interview is held live through and is recorded, analysed and then presented to clients on the web, mobile and other media devices. These videos are indexed, rated and tagged so employers can choose to view the complete video or ‘jump’ to the relevant parts of the discussion. Suitable candidates are hired based on the assessment of their interviews. Monjin provides a searchable database of videos available only to clients on a subscription basis or for specific engagements tailored to their needs to access the database of candidate interviews. History The idea behind Monjin was conceived in 2012, whereas the product development began in 2014. The Malta and New Jersey Monjin offices were begun in December 2014. The complete and final tool was launched in September 2015. Monjin Interviewers Executive Lounge The first MINE (Monjin Interviewer’s Executive Lounge) event was held on 23rd January in Pune.

Please let me know if our page can be unblocked as i don't want to waste your precious time.. If it cant be done then please delete the account or deactivate it. As its coming on google search as its not good for our company's reputation

- So until now this account was used by a third party? Huon (talk) 15:01, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- Lot of professionals help in design of pages are I am not aware of how to do and never wanted to do any mistaje.. But now i realized it was my mistake to trust other person.. I would request you to unblock the page after reading the content on my previous request.. If you feel the content is eligible for wiki then unblock my account and publish it as i dont want to do any mistake again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dreditor1 (talk • contribs)
- Firstly, you should not put each reply in a new unblock request - just type your replies the way others here are doing, use colons (":") to ident, and add "~~~~" to the end of each one to automatically add your signature. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:18, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- Next, just telling us the content you want to add tells us nothing whatsoever about the notability of the company. What determines notability is the amount of in-depth coverage the company has in reliable, independent, third-party sources (I gave you the links for those above), and not what you say about the company in the article. You say you have lots of references, so please provide two or three of those that demonstrate the kind of coverage needed in order to determine notability. (At the moment, with this being a relatively new company that has only been going for a couple of years, I doubt it will be sufficiently notable for a Wikipedia article, but good references could prove me wrong on that.) - What constitutes reliable sources is described at WP:RS, which I have given you links to several times already. Please read that, and if you have any references that you believe are satisfactory, please provide the URLs here and I'll be happy to give my opinion. As for other examples, just look around Wikipedia for articles about clearly notable companies. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 17:08, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
