Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Frederick Boateng, from its old location at User:ElTrans/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. - RichT|C|E-Mail 19:14, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

COI check

[edit]

Hi ElTrans. Just checking whether you have any connection to the people whose articles you are editing? Cheers, 1292simon (talk) 23:36, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi 1292simon. I am a Ghanaian sports journalist, online writer, and have worked in the industry for over a decade - mainly online and little television. I don't have personal connections with all the people whose articles I have edited. Yes, I have worked with some of the people in the course of my career i.e Dan Kwaku Yeboah. These people are involved in the Ghanaian sports industry and I find it necessary to edit articles to chronicle their work. ElTrans (talk) 09:36, 31 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article Lucas Cañizares has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Until he actually plays for RealMadrid, doesn't pass WP:NFOOTY.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ishmael Yartey, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Finnish. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:11, 24 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Leonard Akoto requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I have moved the article to Draft:Leonard Akoto as it is not ready for article space. You should go through WP:AFC rather than move it back to article space yourself. Your editing history indicates that you may be an undisclosed paid editor, but even if you are not, you are creating too many articles that are about non-notable subjects and are sourced, like this one, with puff press releases.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:32, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
