Plz stop adding Kt. It is not used after peers titles and is now no longer used after knights either. (Any unqualified use of 'Sir' indicates a knight bachelor - specific post nominals being used to differentiate those who are holders of various different orders.) If you search London Gazette (Supplement 27 October 1964 - the last official update on this matter) for state authorised post nominals it's not included.Garlicplanting (talk) 12:59, 17 April 2014 (UTC)

Kt is used as a post-nominal letter by peers. As they do not use the tile of Sir (afterall their peerage title takes presidence) there is not indication of the appointment as a knight bachelor. Therefore, Kt can be used to show this.

A quick google shows a number of institutions referring to him with Kt as a post nom: The Stratford and Warwick Waterways Trust, Leicester Tigers and Cardiff Metropolitan University. Also, his own website uses it "In July 2007 he was appointed Minister of State for UK Trade & Investment and became a life peer taking the title, Digby, Lord Jones of Birmingham Kt". I gave you the official citation of approved post nominals from the official newpaper UK Crown/government which is followed by both parliament and government. You failed to respond to this at all. The ISKB has neither the power or authority to set rules usage it describes as 'adopted' not authorised anyway. Debretts doesn't even use kt in the link. The other sites have no expertise whatsoever. Peers own website are so replete with errors on their own titles that citing them is worthless - his calls him Lord Digby Jones repeatedly which should tell you how reliable we can take it.
