Hi, I am noticing you keep removing sourced additions to this article. Before removing any more, please leave an edit summary and explain your removals. Thanks. MB298 (talk) 06:03, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This kind of personal interjection for deletions is not welcome at the article. - Brianhe (talk) 21:09, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Proposed cabinet of Donald Trump does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! MB298 (talk) 06:04, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Cabinet of Donald Trump, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. You should probably discuss this on the article's Talk page before removing the positions. I would at least point out that we should be consistent with other articles listing Presidential cabinet offices, such as the existing Cabinet of the United States, and if it's not in the current Cabinet-level article or defined as being in the cabinet, then it should be removed for the sake of consistency. I can't speak for everyone but that is an argument that would sway me. Mr. Vernon (talk) 05:27, 25 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Ronald Reagan, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Hello GrahamHughey. Are you sure that President Reagan was active in the USAF come 1999? --Nevéselbert 14:00, 25 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page you created, Unitary Republic of Syria and Iraq, was tagged as a test page under section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion and has been or soon may be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Is there a reason you added this to the article? The infobox is for current -- or, in the case of the SAG, final -- officers of the organization. --Calton | Talk 05:25, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Hillary Clinton. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. MartinZ02 (talk) 21:48, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No, this is a better way of putting it: If you vandalize a biography of a living person again, as you did at Hillary Clinton, you will be blocked from editing without further notice. Bishonen | talk 22:14, 21 January 2017 (UTC).[reply]

US Attorney General

[edit]

Please undo your edits at United States Attorney General. Sessions is still a US Senator until he resigns, which he won't be doing until tomorrow. After that, he'll be sworn in (and thus become) US Attorney General. Until then, Boente continues as Acting US Attorney General. GoodDay (talk) 01:10, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Jusdafax. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Agnostic atheism— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jusdafax 01:09, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as 88th Discord Division, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.

88th Discord Division

[edit]

Can you please explain your reasoning behind creating the "88th Discord Division" page? I've just deleted it as a hoax because neither I nor anyone else could find anything about it. If you are looking for a place to be creative and publish your work, you could get a Wikia page or a blog, etc. Wikipedia, however, is for established information for which published, secondary sources can be found. Please let me know if there as been some misunderstanding here. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 14:41, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Anti-Communist Action for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Anti-Communist Action is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anti-Communist Action until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Shirt58 (talk) 11:07, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Spike Wilbury (talk) 11:23, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You apparently have a handful of useful edits here, but since you've now created a second hoax article and failed to respond to my question about the first, I can only assume you are either here to troll or have grossly misunderstood the purpose of Wikipedia. Either way, you can't edit here. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 11:26, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
