Manichitrathazhu poster

[edit]

Can you read Malayalam? If so, can you please find a poster for Manichitrathazhu on Google search? Because I don't think any English poster exists, and I can't read Malayalam. Kailash29792 (talk) 11:50, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The poster which already there on the article of the movie is genuine Malayalam poster and its official and fine. As you said there is no official English poster. Regards Harirajmohanhrm

Salman Khan

[edit]

Hi. The reason I am reverting your edits because you are simply copying contents of Salman Khan filmography. Actually Salman Khan filmography is list article, totally different than Salman Khan. Please have a look at WP:LEAD. It will give you idea on how lead should be written. Thanks--25 CENTS VICTORIOUS  07:33, 1 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Your reason here i never used more than one accounts, this is discrimination. I have only one genuine account. Where is the proof? I have also given so many valuable contributions to wiki. please unblock. Thanks. Harirajmohanhrm (talk)

Decline reason:

You haven't used more than one user account, but you have made edits while logged out to articles that you were editing. This is, in effect, the same as abusing multiple accounts, and in this context, I'm declining your request to be unblocked. Additionally, your accusation of discrimination is unwarranted. PhilKnight (talk) 11:49, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Materialscientist, he seems to have been blocked because of "using more than one account", as noted here. Which is the sock? Kailash29792 (talk) 12:34, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Your reason here i am working in a company. so many users use same computers at same time. i have only one account and i have edited on thath account. other edits are done by others who use same computer which i used to edit. so its not my fault. unblock me Thanks. Harirajmohanhrm (talk)

Decline reason:

We have extensive experience with companies that share IP addresses - and people within the same building simply do not edit exactly the same articles, unless of course wP:PROMO and/or WP:MEAT apply. So, either you're personally editing while logged out (which may be accidental, but you need to be careful), or you're all promoting some entities, or you're having your colleagues bolster support for your edits - all of which are blockable the panda ₯’ 10:07, 17 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The problem with the above reasoning is the IP edits are reverts on articles you have edited. PhilKnight (talk) 20:59, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Supporting Indian Wikipedia Program resource distribution

[edit]

In 2017 - 2018, the Wikimedia Foundation and Google working in close coordination with the Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), Wikimedia India chapter (WMIN) and user groups will pilot a program encouraging Wikipedia communities to create locally relevant and high-quality content in Indian languages. This program (Code name: Project Tiger) will:

(a) Support active and experienced Wikipedia editors through the donation of laptops and stipends for internet access and
(b) Sponsor a language-based contest that aims to address existing Wikipedia content gaps.

The objective of the program is to provide laptops and internet stipends for existing editors who need support to contribute more actively. 50 basic model Acer Chromebooks and Internet stipends for 100 contributors are available for distribution. Provided resources are the sole property of the beneficiaries and should be used for the betterment of the movement.

If you're an active Wikimedian, and interested to receive support from this project, please apply. It will take around 10 minutes of your time, and will ask descriptive questions about your contribution to Indic Wikimedia projects.
