Unfortunately, you are blocked indefinitely from editing outside your userspace for breaking Wikipedia's sockpuppetry policy. Normally, a proposed deletion can be contested for any reason by deleting the proposed deletion template on the article. Because you are blocked, you can not do this. If you would like to request another editor consider doing this, please consider submitting an unblock request that mentions policy/guideline-based rationales for preserving the article.
