PQ Leadership Race
[edit]Great job on the PQ leadership race article. It helps a guy who can't rely on the English media for information. :) Habsfannova 00:45, 4 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit]You were listed on the Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Quebec page as living in or being associated with Quebec. As part of the Wikipedia:User categorisation project, these lists are being replaced with user categories. Regarding Template:Lbrlgs
[edit]Hi, creating templates that are exclusively used on your userpage is not a good idea, you can easily move it to a subpage of your userpage, and still transclude it in the same manner as a template like for example {{User:Liberlogos/Lbrlgs}} or whatever you want to call it.
Also acording to Wikipedia:Fair use#Policy images with a unfree licence (used under a "fair use" claim") should not be used on templates or userpages because they are supposed to be a only a "last resort" to ilustrate spesific relevant articles, so please go though the images you use on your userpage and make sure you only used images that have a free licence (GFDL, PD, CC etc). Thanks :) --Sherool 21:54, 31 October 2005 (UTC)
- This also applies to Template:Lbrlgs2, Template:Lbrlgs3, and Template:Lbrlgs4. --Carnildo 06:51, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
- I've listed Template:Lbrlgs and Template:Lbrlgs2 for deletion, see Wikipedia:Templates for deletion. --Carnildo 05:22, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
infobox: radio
[edit]Salut,
Merci!
Boisclair in the news
[edit]I've added a link to the leadership election article. I should have thought of that at the time, sorry. Since Boisclair is the main element of the story I've kept his name as the highlight. I'm not putting social democratic/sovereigntist in since that would make the sentence too long and it's secondary to the story (not something you'd put in a headline). (Also, I think calling the PQ social democratic is contestable and Boisclair himself is more of a neo-liberal than a social democrat, free tuition promise notwithstanding). Featured article for December 25th
[edit]I noticed you have listed yourself in Category:Atheist Wikipedians. That said, you will probably be interested in my suggested featured article for December 25th: Omnipotence paradox. The other suggestion being supported by others for that date is Christmas, although Raul654 has historically been against featuring articles on the same day as their anniversary/holiday. — BRIAN0918 • 2005-11-28 08:24
Image Tagging Image:Daniel_Johnson_Sr.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Daniel_Johnson_Sr.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or {{fairuse}}. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by going to "Your contributions" from your user page and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks so much. World Citizen userbox, {{User:1ne/Userboxes/User world}}
[edit]Hi, I noticed the message saying you're a World Citizen, I would like to invite you to add {{User:1ne/Userboxes/User world}} to your user page if you wish to proclaim it in a more effective way, and this template will also add you automatically to the Wikipedians with World Citizenship category. :) --Mistress Selina Kyle 23:54, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
Hello again
[edit]Hello, I was considering upgrading the Article on Meech Lake, and was wondering if you'd like to help out: I've created a place with the ideas, and would welcome any contribution. Thanks! Habsfannova 05:06, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
Wikimedia Canada
[edit]Hi there! I'd like to invite you to explore Wikimedia Canada, and create a list of people interested in forming a local chapter for our nation. A local chapter will help promote and improve the organization, within our great nation. We'd also like to encourage everyone to suggest projects for our national chapter to participate in. Hope to see you there! -- user:zanimum

Greetings, editor! Your name appears on Wikipedia:List of non-admins with high edit counts. If you have not done so lately, please take a look at that page and check your listing to be sure that following the particulars are correct:

Image copyright problem with Image:ONQ_Chevalier.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:ONQ_Chevalier.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
