Verifiability and [[Asian Holocaust denial]]
[edit]Wikipedia needs to be wp:verifiable. As most anyone can edit Wikipedia, sources of information should be added to significant edits so that people can verify that information. Also, people often want to find out more about a topic. Please wp:cite wp:reliable sources. Unreliable sources are those that anyone can edit (including Wikipedia!) such as blogs, IMDB, personal websites where the writer does not have a stake in their reputation and should be avoided. See WP:NOTRELIABLE. Use of your own memory or own research is termed wp:original research or OR. As it is not verifiable, it should not be used. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 05:21, 16 October 2015 (UTC)
Japan/Turkey
[edit]And more of the same, particularly "Japan doesn't recognize the Armenian Genocide yet, due to the similarity between Turkey and Japan about war crimes." You need reliable, published sources for an assertion like that. -- Hoary (talk) 13:50, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

[edit]A page you created has been nominated for deletion as an attack page, according to section G10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

Page moved to Draft
[edit]I have declined the attack-page speedy deletion nomination, but I have move the page to Draft:Asian Holocaust denial where you can work on it. If it remained in the main space in this state, it is likely that it would be nominated at WP:Articles for deletion. I see two major problems needing work:
- As pointed out by Jim1138 above, the fundamental Wikipedia:Verifiability policy requires that "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source." Statements like "over 85% Japanese denied the confront women" and "the using of chemical weapons, is not recognized by the Japanese" and many similar ones absolutely must be cited to reliable, published sources, or removed.
- I have not researched this, but is "Asian holocaust" a thing that is discussed under that name? Wikipedia:No original research is another fundamental policy which you should read in full, but note in particular the section headed "Synthesis of published material": "Do not combine material from multiple sources to reach or imply a conclusion not explicitly stated by any of the sources." You are pulling together a lot of diverse themes to make a case about denial in general, but to avoid WP:SYNTH you need to cite existing sources which have done the same.
