Hello Railer-man. I noticed that you have the Playstation 2 up for GAN. I've noticed that it has tags in the article that would prevent it from becoming a Good Article, as well as you have never edited the article. I would suggest that you should withdraw the nomination for now and work on the page so that it would meet the Good article criteria. GamerPro64 (talk) 16:55, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of PlayStation 2

[edit]

The article PlayStation 2 you nominated as a good article has failed ; see Talk:PlayStation 2 for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of said article. If you oppose this decision, you may ask for a reassessment. Jezhotwells (talk) 00:20, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, I totally understand. Thanks for notifying! Railer-man (talk) 00:53, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Me again

[edit]

Railer, I have noticed nominated South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut for GAN. Now, let me just say that you should withdraw the nom. Like your last nominations, this will be quick failed. GamerPro64 (talk) 22:02, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I read the review, and am now finding sources. I'm not discouraged, and I'm not giving up. Thanks for notifying! Railer-man (talk) 18:53, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cyborg Kuro-chan

[edit]

Could you please post here about what you think needs to happen with Cyborg Kuro-chan so that it can meet the good article criteria? --Malkinann (talk) 04:06, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, saw you'd attempted to reopen the good article reassessment for Cyborg Kuro-chan. Articles cannot be indefinitely listed at GAR/GAN until they are GA-quality. Please post on the article talk page what you think needs to happen before the article can meet the good article criteria, and when they are done, seek a B-class assessment from the anime and manga wikiproject here. A recently-acquired B-class assessment can only help a good article nomination. Opening a peer review may also prove worthwhile, as it attracts help and can tell you what further needs to be done to have a successful GA nomination. --Malkinann (talk) 00:06, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Really!?

[edit]

You added Pokemon Black and White to GAN? Its not even out yet! It will get a quick-fail. GamerPro64 (talk) 00:33, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Really? You did it again? Sure, it has new features and plot now, but it still needs more to be combed through and the reception section to be filled. Wait until the release in NA, when it gets reception. Plus, I am pretty sure that only major contributers to the article are allowed to nominate it. There is no rush to get GA. Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver was released in NA over half a year ago and it just got a GA review. Blake (Talk·Edits) 02:34, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Just letting you that the article failed its GAN again. GamerPro64 (talk) 21:38, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Kurovol1.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Kurovol1.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. Sonic Colors GAN

[edit]

Just some issues I think might be brought up. The lead section should probably be expanded, and the last sentence of the Plot section should probably be merged/rewritten. It looks odd all on its own. Thanks, Blake (Talk·Edits) 04:30, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Take a look! Railer-man (talk) 17:03, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Its been a while since I did this. You added Crash Bandicoot (video game) to GAN but you haven't edited it yet. Also, User:Cat's Tuxedo is the main editor on it. Have you contacted him before submitting it to GAN? GamerPro64 03:47, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

FYI there are unsourced claims at Stewie_Kills_Lois/Lois_Kills_Stewie#Cultural_references CTJF83 20:22, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Which ones? Railer-man (talk) 20:25, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The ones without references after them, lol.
During dinner the Sea Captain recalls the time when he witnessed the Northen Lights. This story is very simmilar to Lord Asriel's expedition to the North in The Golden Compass, which was released less than a month after this episode first aired.
The cliff-hanger ending to Part I contains the same dramatic music and on-screen "To be continued" font as Star Trek: The Next Generation's third season cliffhanger, "Best of Both Worlds, Part I".
Plus, I'd put them in paragraph form and add better flow, rather than separate sentences. CTJF83 20:28, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I couldn't find sources, so I just removed them. Railer-man (talk) 20:34, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I reviewed this article a week ago and there seem has been no response in that time. I am therefore failing the article at this time; you're welcome to renominate once you have worked on the issues I have raised. I'd be willing to offer another review for you if you contact me when you renominate. J Milburn (talk) 14:41, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Baby Not on Board GAN re

[edit]

Hi Railer-Man! Sorry for the late response, but I've been kinda busy lately. Anyways, I saw you've nominated Baby on Board. Unfortunately, I do not own the DVD in which the episode appears, but even if I did, I would probably not be able to write another transcript. Just remember how long it took to transcribe 420. It stole a lot of my time, surprisingly, since I thought transcribing the commentary would be quiet quick. Turns out that is not the case. Sorry, but I won't do transcriptions anymore. Besides, the volume DVDs are pretty cheap! :) Queenieacoustic (talk) 15:42, 7 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Railer-man, as an uninvolved editor, I reverted User:GageSkidmore's reversion and reopened up the GA nomination. Personally, I agree with you that the article "Quagmire's Baby" is ready for a GA review and should get a chance for one. (By the way, as much as I'd love to review the article myself, I can't. 'Cause I'm busy with college, and even if I reviewed this I might be biased in your favor because I too love FG. XD) Anyways, best of luck with your GA! 89119 (talk) 08:28, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Babynotboardon55.png

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Babynotboardon55.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 10:52, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
