Hi @EliKope, that's a nice idea. Please be aware that wikipedia is an encyclodpedia and so entries must have significant coverage in reliable sources to establish their notability, even if they appear notable to you. Thank you! This was my concern--how 'famous' does someone have to be to merit a wiki page? I've looked up several lesser-known musicians, and I think I have a handle on content creation. @Chairs.and.birds do you mean by headline the title of the page? that's possible to change by moving the page, but since you are fresh to wikipedia I'd urge you to be careful. It's a lot of information I know but worth browsing - I remember when I was starting off I used to press the edit button to see how things worked under the bonnet as it were. @Mayback93 nope - that page isn't good enough quality for an encyclopedia, you need significant coverage in reliable sources. I already pointed you to Wikipedia:Articles for creation. Sure I know there's a lot of jargon in wikipedia - you want to create an article about "R.J “Mayback” Mayberry" and your username is "Mayback93" so I assume you have a connection, also known as a conflict of interest with the article subject? As a general rule of thumb it's not a good idea to write abpout someone you know, since if they were notable enough to have a wikipedia article, somebody else would probably write it. Yes I do know the subject and already written the entire content on that article. Also, I disclosed it under COI guidelines but don't know how to publish?
When, I requested the for the article to the team, they said the resources should be credible and notable. Although, all the resources are notable and credible. How would I know that what all resources are acceptable and what are not.

@Harwant Singh Arora good question - it must be hard as a beginner to understand this, but this is an encyclopedia so we want significant coverage in high quality sources from reliable places. this could mean a book by a professor at an established university or an article about the topic in national magazine or newspaper. Thank you today for Phoolan Devi, introduced: "Phoolan Devi (1963 – 2001), also known as the Bandit Queen, had a rather unique life. She went from a very poor rural beginning in Uttar Pradesh to being a notorious dacoit (bandit). Her fame grew amongst the lower castes in India whilst she was on the run since she was seen as a Robin Hood figure; she was also involved (to at least some degree) in the Behmai massacre. She negotiated her surrender to the authorities and spent eleven years in prison. Her charges were dropped so she could become an MP in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of India's Parliament, then she was shot to death whilst incumbent. It's quite a story, made more colourful by her tendency to change how she recounted the events of her life to suit different situations. Hi @John-Aug-Keogh and welcome to wikipedia! It's worth giving Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest a read, in particular - Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest#How_to_disclose_a_COI. If that's confusing let me know. I can't say it's normally a good idea to write about yourself on wikipedia, the idea being that if you are notable enough on wikipedia standards, then someoone else will do it for you. You are following the correct steps but the sources you have used are not optimal - I'd suggest finding significant coverage in national newspapers or magazines, that's what wikipeida requires. Hi @Vader23, yes it's possible to add information about a business - do you mean to add to an already existing page or to create a new page. Everything on wikipedia must be cited to reliable sources and if you have a connection to said business, that could well be a conflict of interest. Hi @40S9350144 good question! If you look at the page for Arkansas, you'll see a silver padlock, probably top right, that's where it is for me. WP:SILVERLOCK explains that the page is protected so that in your case, your account must be at least 4 days old with at least 10 edits on English Wikipedia to be able to edit the page. This is most likely because of previous vandalism, although I didn't look into it. I checked your other edits, they look good, but please don't mark anything substantive as minor - minor is really minor like removing an unneeded blank space - Help:Minor edit explains this further. Running from October 1 to 31, 2024, WikiProject Women in Green (WiG) is hosting a Good Article (GA) edit-a-thon event with the theme Around the World in 31 Days! All experience levels welcome. Never worked on a GA project before? We'll teach you how to get started. Or maybe you're an old hand at GAs – we'd love to have you involved! Participants are invited to work on nominating and/or reviewing GA submissions related to women and women's works (e.g., books, films) during the event period. We hope to collectively cover article subjects from at least 31 countries (or broader international articles) by month's end. GA resources and one-on-one support will be provided by experienced GA editors, and participants will have the opportunity to earn a special WiG barnstar for their efforts.

Hi @Leopapayon thanks for stopping by and welcome to wikipedia. Are we talking about Draft:Brave_Animated_Series? Nor having references in English is not necessarily a problem, but the sources in other languages must be high quality. I don't speak or read what I'm assuming is Taiwanese Mandarin, but i can see Facebook and IMDB mentioned in the citations. Neither are considered reliable sources because they are mostly user generated with no editorial control, per Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources#Facebook and Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources#IMDb. Hey @Benamin16! Great job fixing that vandalism. To mention someone on Wikipedia, you use their username in double brackets like this: @[[User:Username|Username]]. So in your edit summary, you could write something like: "Reverted vandalism by @[[User:Example|Example]]." Hope this helps!
