Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, 2018 Pakistani general election in Punjab. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – 2018 Punjab provincial election. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at 2018 Punjab provincial election. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. M.Ashraf333 (talk) 12:30, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
2022 Islamabad local government elections moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, 2022 Islamabad local government elections, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hi
When Imran Khan's resignation have been accepted and himself denotified by ECP? Also, because Khan have contested all by-elections, when new by-elections for the seats won by himself will be held? Panam2014 (talk) 20:50, 25 January 2023 (UTC)
Khan’s resignation was never accepted. He was de notified on 21 October 2023 by the ECP due to disqualification. Khan has to choose which seat he wants 30 days after his victory was notified by the ECP on 19 January. Otherwise, the seat that he filed nomination last will be chosen for him. Those other seats will become vacant then and new by-elections will be announced. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 21:15, 25 January 2023 (UTC)
- Also, because of Khan's move, provincial elections will not be held on Punjab and KP on October? Panam2014 (talk) 22:32, 25 January 2023 (UTC)
No they won’t. They’ll be held earlier sometime around mid-April. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 22:39, 25 January 2023 (UTC)

NA-193 by-poll
[edit]Hi
I think we should talk about it in 2023 by election article. Panam2014 (talk) 23:23, 4 February 2023 (UTC)
I don’t think so. Because this by-election was called due to the death of a member of the National Assembly, not the resignation of one. Also it will be held 20 days before the other by-elections so it doesn’t really fit with the rest. Hope this makes sense. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 23:26, 4 February 2023 (UTC)
Yes I have talked about that in the “Candidates” section of the “2023 Pakistan by-elections” article. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 03:02, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
- It should be added in the article about strategy's change. Also for cancelled by elections, what is the next step? Also, is it for this reason ECP have not yet set a date for the last slot of resingations? Panam2014 (talk) 00:47, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
1. The strategy change has already been added in the article. 2. For cancelled by-elections, we will not include them in the article because they most likely won’t be happening now 3. Yes, the ECP hasn’t set a date for that last slot of resignations because the Lahore High Court has suspended the ECP’s denotification order of those MNAs. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 00:51, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- And what is next step after LHC rulling? Panam2014 (talk) 01:03, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
The LHC has us sued notices to the federal gov and the ECP to submit their responses at the next hearing. I can’t find out when the next hearing is supposed to be though. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 01:08, 9 February 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hi
An article about constitutional crisis should be created like to 2022 crisis. Also we should add in articles about elections in Pakisan that if assembly is automaically dissolved, because the constitution is silent, so SC jurisprudency says that it is president's duties. Panam2014 (talk) 11:26, 4 March 2023 (UTC)
- How many seats are vacants now? Please update it Panam2014 (talk) 12:15, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
- Could you upload seats of PTI now? Panam2014 (talk) 21:38, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
High Courts have suspended the Election Commission’s denotification of PTI MNAs but the Speaker is not allowing them back into the Assembly. So according to the Speaker and the National Assembly website, no PTI MNA whose resignation was accepted is still an MNA. But according to the ECP and the courts, they are. I’m a bit unsure on whether I should update the numbers or not. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 21:41, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- The solution is to consider them as suspended seats without specifiying the party. How many seats are suspended? Panam2014 (talk) 21:43, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- 113 seats are “suspended”. 13 are vacant. And there are “officially” 28 PTI MNAs and 0 AML MNAs. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 22:00, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- We should do it to the article, because we must update seats according to official parliamentary groups. Panam2014 (talk) 22:13, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- 113 seats are “suspended”. 13 are vacant. And there are “officially” 28 PTI MNAs and 0 AML MNAs. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 22:00, 7 March 2023 (UTC)

Imran Khan
[edit]Hi
Could we consider that Imran Khan is again member of NA from February 2023? Panam2014 (talk) 17:01, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

By elections
[edit]Hi
Why polls are suspended? And for the death of the MNA, will by election take place? Panam2014 (talk) 13:10, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
- Peshawar High Court has suspended them because the former MNAs approached the court due to Article 224(4) of the Constitution: “if a general seat of the lower house falls vacant not later than 120 days before the expiry of that assembly’s term, it should not be filled”.
- For the death of the MNA, it’s still not clear when, or whether, a by-election will take place. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 20:07, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

LA-20 Poonch & Sudhnoti-III
[edit]Please note that categorization of articles is not optional; it is mandatory — and if an article is not properly categorized, then it must be tagged as uncategorized so that it's placed in the maintenance queue for uncategorized articles, so you are not entitled to remove the uncategorized template from the page without adding a proper category to the article. (And no, "Pakistan government stubs" doesn't count as the article being "categorized" for the purposes of being able to remove the template, either: stub categories are maintenance categories, and an article is still uncategorized if it isn't included in any content categories that are directly declared on the page in [[Category:Something]] format.
Either add a proper category to the page, or leave the template alone, and those are your only options — removing the template without adding the page to any proper categories is not acceptable, and in fact is disruptive.
So this is your sole warning: if I ever see LA-20 Poonch & Sudhnoti-III back on the list of articles that are both uncategorized and untagged again, I'm going to be left with no choice but to completely block your ability to edit the page at all anymore. Bearcat (talk) 17:10, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
- Just added two categories. Let me know if that’s enough. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 17:19, 30 April 2023 (UTC)

Do you have a source about the new party? Also, could you give an opinion about the cancelled March 2023 by-elections? Panam2014 (talk) 11:35, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- From what I can see, Haqiqi is a minor party that has no major politicians in it.
- As for the cancelled March 2023 by-elections, the High Courts in each province cancelled the by-elections being held in their respective provinces, because PTI MNAs approached the courts saying that they had withdrawn their resignations. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 15:46, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

Sindh Assembly
[edit]Hi Why Sindh provincial assembly is not dissolved? Also, do you have sources about delaying polls to April 2024? Panam2014 (talk) 10:22, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
- They will dissolve the sindh assembly in the coming days.
- And yeah, here: BBC, Reuters, Al-Jazeera Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 16:22, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
- So for Sindh, election will be held on October? Panam2014 (talk) 18:34, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
- Constitutionally, yeah. And also if it isn’t dissolved a day earlier than its term’s completion Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 18:36, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
- NA have been dissolved earlier to avoid risk of Alvi's refusal to dissolve before 48h? Now is it possible that NA election will be held before Sindh? Also, why Shehbaz does not ask Alvi to dissolve NA+remaining PA? Panam2014 (talk) 21:01, 11 August 2023 (UTC)
- Alvi can only dissolve NA, and he did (on the advice of Shehbaz). The NA was dissolved earlier so elections can be held in 90 days instead of 60. Alvi can’t dissolve the PAs (only the Governors can, on the advice of the respective Chief Minister).
- It is possible that Sindh election may be held before NA. But most likely all elections will be on the same day. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 22:59, 11 August 2023 (UTC)
- dates will be fixed by ECP? They could delay dates because of new census then PTI will go to Supreme Court like to Punjab?n
- e Panam2014 (talk) 00:51, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
- Yes the ECP will fix them and they probably will delay them. It’s expected the PTI goes to the SC but there’s no saying that the ECP will obey any judgement passed Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 01:25, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
- Do you have list of caretakers given by Riaz and caretakers given by Shehbaz? Panam2014 (talk) 16:46, 12 August 2023 (UTC)

2023 Pakistan General Elections
[edit]Dear Musssmussmusss:
Your initial assessment about my posts concerned about the unreliability of the (supposed) poll , it hadn't a stated margin of error and number of people interviewed.
As explained in my notes, this is not the case , much to the contrary.
Details about interviews are there and a full report will be published soon, on PDF format.
Your argument to eliminate the citations is , now , about the placement... it would be better situated on the new , specific , section about Islamabad polls...
I maintain my assumption that it is posted on the right place , but it can, also, be quoted in your new section , one thing don't need to exclude the other.
Part of the data can be used (in spite of not being) as a electoral poll ( reasons explained below) because it can be interpreted as such , as the probable tendency of vote and , beside that , be even a much more accurate prognosis than the assumed electoral polls from commercial firms , like Gallup.
I explained that this Academic Study is not like another Gallup poll , situated on the same level (or even bellow that level , as you initially thought).
Please read my notes with attention , scrolling down the PAGE HISTORY of 2023 Pakistan General Elections: left 3 notes addressed to you , each time you erased my edits.
I'm concerned about what I perceive as distortions and unreality of most commercial pollsters.
This Academic Survey should be highlighted as a text added before the statistical poll sections as warning or 'food for through' : a devised way of enlightening this very obscure and confusing matter , the troubled 2023 General Election in Pakistan...
I'm my understanding , this Academic Research clarify the reality and essence of this particular event :
The most popular party and political leader of the History of Pakistan, PTI and Imran Khan, are under severe restrictions to exercise their constitutional right to vote and be elected , as no one knows , for sure , the outcome of the present crisis...
Readers should be conscious of the paradox , the contradictions and inconsistencies of the electoral polls and not take then as a guide of interpretation of the real mood of the nation , the tendency of public sympaties and actual choices on which candidates to vote.
The purpose of my post was to draw attention , to rescue into focus from the midst of the present mental fog, the crucial statistical data, genuinely and clearly stated, bringing about a more balanced and impartial point of view in opposition to the excessive weight of big polling firms like Gallup and others.
I hope you get a close look and a better understanding of my point of view.
The methodology and results of this research is At CROSS with all commercial polls listed on Wikipedia.
My post concern not only intention of vote but new insights : the popularity of leaders are in exact correspondence with the popularity of the political parties and therefore , the intention of vote.
The gap between PTI and the next party on popular preference (PML-N) is enormous and the other leaders, of other parties, don't have , each , 30 , 35 , 42% of popularity as stated on the Gallup polls.
According to this Survey the only mayor opposing group is the Sharif family, that has just 17% , ALTOGETHER.
Imran Khan presence don't counts, he achieved to be even more present in his absence :
PTI can win without him if the election is fair enough, at least on the vote counting and set to arrive at the biggest parliamentary majority of the history of the country, even get the power to overrule the Constitution ( + then 75 % of seats) and make a revolution!
Nevertheless , there is no warranty that PTI will be allowed to forward candidates (the Party can be ilegalised) and , if in the case , voting counting issues can arise and be of great concern.
This experts research IS NOT a electoral poll , but , as said, can , in this specific situation , be used on your new table as such .
Nevertheless, It should not , of course , as explained , be erased from the original place : a text before the polls listings.
I hope you will consider the case and leave things as intented and , on the contrary, write on your doubts and concerns before taking unilateral action.
I'll be pleased to answer questions and clarify any issues.
Thanks for your attention to this matter ,
Dirceu Mag

- In a parliamentary democracy, the popularities of individual leaders DO NOT MATTER. You have been blocked from editing an election article before because of your incompetence before, and you are making the same mistakes again. 2023 Pakistan General Elections (2)
[edit]Dear Muzzzmuzzmuzzz:
I gave Number 57 a brief sinopses of the case and asked him to read my full explanations posted in your talk page (and my one too).
I ,also, told him that , if he didn't had time , to read my 3 notes posted on the page history of 2023 Pakistan General Elections.
He answered quickly and bluntly that you are right , to stop what he said was a edicting war and threat me banning from edicting Wiki.
What you think about my justification?
You ever read then?
The subject of elections is very serious matter that affect the lives of millions. Informative work, on a level that could affect society, should be performed with utmost care, reliability, accountability and respect for others sincerely expressed points of views.
Every point should be accurately justified.

Dear Muzzzmuzzuzzz:

Unreferenced birthdate in Gohar Ali Khan
[edit]First, thank you for creating the article. Earler I noticed, while seeing an IP edit the birth date on the page, that the birth date was unreferenced, and a comprehensive search could not locate any mention of his birthday in reliable sources. As such, I have removed the information, for now. Could you tell me where you got the information about that? If so, I will at it back into the article. Don't edit constituency pages of Punjab.
[edit]Hello. Hope you are doing well. I have seen you edited some provincial constituency pages of Punjab (Rawalpindi District). Please stop editing those pages before every page is rearranged and updated according to 2023 Delimitations. Many pages numbers as well as areas consisting of that constituency have changed which I am carefully updating by seeing their present and old maps and their old constituency names and areas according to the ECP. You should create and update Provincial maps of Sindh, Balochistan and KPK which have been updated. Thank you:🙏 Saad Ali Khan Pakistan (talk) 12:27, 20 December 2023 (UTC)

PTI
[edit]Hi
Is Imran Khan or Gohar Ali Khan restaured? Also, why PTI choose Peshawar, not Lahore or Islamabad? Panam2014 (talk) 17:11, 26 December 2023 (UTC)
- Since the intraparty elections saw Gohar elected, it is him who is now the chairman.
- Also, I don’t know but I’d guess it’s because Peshawar would be the safest location. Lahore or Islamabad could’ve resulted in the Punjab Police or Islamabad Police trying to hijack the process or raiding polling locations. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 17:14, 26 December 2023 (UTC)

Splendid undertaking with the constituencies, there is nothing left for me to do, I can happily retire now. I had planned to include the maps, which you've already done. My intention was to add the electorate, and you've completed that as well. I also considered working on the constituency areas, but you've covered that too. I will now have to find some other area to work on. Just one request though, please do consider adding the references. Thank you! Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 04:37, 6 January 2024 (UTC) |

I am seeing that you have removed PTI from elecion boxes of all provinces and general election page. Correcting inaccuracies in BLPs
[edit]Hello, I appreciate the effort you've put into WP, especially in areas like elections and lawmakers. However, I've noticed some inaccuracies in certain BLPs, such as the constituency being incorrectly listed. For example, Malik Wasif Mazhar Raan, he's from PP-219 instead of PP-218. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 10:24, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
