A tag has been placed on Relpats-eht, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on Talk:Relpats-eht. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. -WarthogDemon 18:12, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
AfD nomination of RevealThePicture (game)
[edit]I have nominated RevealThePicture (game), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/RevealThePicture (game). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. - I have added lots more content now. I will try to update frequently...--NakiBest (talk) 14:27, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
I notice that this category you created is unpopulated (empty). In other words, no Wikipedia pages belong to it. If it remains unpopulated for four days, it may be deleted, without discussion, in accordance with Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#C1. I'm notifying you in case you wish to (re-)populate it by adding [[Category:IPhoneOS games]] to articles/categories that belong in it.
I blanked the category page. This will not, in itself, cause the category to be deleted. It serves to document (in the page history) that the category was empty at the time of blanking and also to alert other watchers that the category is in jeopardy. You are welcome to revert the blanking if you wish. However, doing so will not prevent deletion if the category remains empty.
If you created the category in error, or it is no longer needed, you can speed up the deletion process by tagging it with {{db-author}}.
Best regards,--Stepheng3 (talk) 04:20, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
I have removed my PROD (and removed the PROD notice from this talk page) because it is clear that your article is not original research as it seemed when it first appeared without references.
However, if it is to stay, the article needs to make clear that it is not presenting facts, but the fairly far-out theories of Mr. Muldashev. Ideas about Lemurians and Atlanteans are, at best WP:FRINGE theories; and a Chinese (for instance) might not agree that the human race is "Indo-European."
It also needs more detailed sourcing, at least the names and details of Muldashev's books that contain the theory, otherwise it is liable to be deleted as failing WP:V. I don't think your external links help much: the "Androsynth" seems to be science-fiction, something to do with the scenario of a computer game;and I'm not sure what the "fullmoon.nu" site is, but it certainly doesn't look like a reliable source.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:SameGameBalls.PNG
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:SameGameBalls.PNG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Requesting rename
[edit]I am requesting a rename of my user name from NakiBest to Naki. NakiBest (talk) 19:13, 1 September 2010 (UTC)
Your recent edits of the article are not referenced, nor properly researched- the game has received two patches: 1.1 and 1.2, whilst Ubisoft Game Launcher has received one update: 1.1.1. Ubisoft Game Launcher is intended to be a universal application for verifying, updating and launching games. It, however has no input into the game world, or should I say software. Regards,Ltr,ftw (talk) 12:39, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- You are most definitely wrong. I am playing this game since just two-three days after its release. The game was released on October 13th. Patch 1.1 was released on the day the game was released, or the day after. Patch 1.1.1 was released on October 18th. Patch 1.2 (shows as 1.2.0 in the game) was released on December 20th. I am also participating in several Heroes VI forums, including the official Ubi ones. Thanks a lot for your wrong and nonconstructive edits! :) The three patches do show as three different versions in the game - 1.1 for original day 1 patch, 1.1.1 for 1.1.1 patch and 1.2.0 for latest patch. So all patches patch all files of the game, including the main EXE file and NOT just the updater EXE file... Naki (talk) 15:33, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- I am also playing the game and participating on forums, including Tech Help. Additionally, I took part in Beta and its feedback sessions. What does that prove? Please bring the argument down to a sensible level and do some additional research regarding Ubisoft Game Launcher patch, because your statement is not correct. P.S. Sorry about the edits, I was just trimming and updating the article- nothing personal. Feel free to continue to contribute to the article in any way, shape or form, but remember to have verifiable references and a balanced view. Regards,Ltr,ftw (talk) 15:49, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- The 1.1.1 patch was a COMPLETE game patch, not a game launcher only patch! You are very wrong on that... Anyway, feel free to edit the article, I don't want to argue.Naki (talk) 16:00, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

- Post move. Ltr,ftw (talk) 07:55, 29 December 2011 (UTC) "Patch v1.1.1 Notes: • Hot fix on default setting video option detection at start-up causing possible dead locks on laptops • Blinking cursor fix • Fixing a version number issue. The blinking cursor fix is most definitely a fix for the GAME and not for any loader app/game update/etc. Same to on the laptop freeze/lock ups. The blinking cursor did not affect all players, but was very annoying when it did. OK??? Do you read me?Naki (talk) 18:08, 28 December 2011 (UTC)"
- Please refrain yourself from opening up a new discussion, ie. "Heroes VI 1.1.1 patch Release Notes", when the topic is subject to an ongoing user talk, ie. "Might & Magic Heroes VI". Ltr,ftw (talk) 07:58, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- You are correct on the three fixes subject to patch v1.1.1, as per the official Ubisoft announcement: http://might-and-magic.ubi.com/heroes-6/en-GB/news/details.aspx?c=tcm:21-29807&ct=tcm:6-231-32 . What was not officially disclosed by Ubisoft, however was the fact that Ubi Game Launcher was causing the problems! Ubi Game Launcher had a tendancy to become unstable during game play due to a host of triggers. The instablity caused the primary running program: HoMM6 and secondary: Game Launcher to switch roles, causing an error: mouse to alternate between the two, ie. "blinking cursor". "Hot fix on start up for laptops" was 100% Game Launcher error, it had nothing to do with HoMM6. "Fixing a version number issue" was, in fact: Introducing a three digit format to the game, ie. 1.1.1. Up until that point it was a two digit format. The third digit was required to identify Ubisoft Game Launcher version, in this instance v1.1 (first and third digit). I hope that will be all from you, for the time being at least. :) Ltr,ftw (talk) 08:21, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- Can you provide a link anywhere (even unofficial) that would confirm the Launcher statements you made above? I just tried this: I run the game from its icon on my desktop. The Launcher starts. Then I run the actual game, and the Launcher process completely exits - it is not running any more at all. I don't understand how a non-running process can interfere with the game process/EXE file. OK?? NOTE: I am playing the game in offline mode (no Conflux/Internet features). When the game is run in Online mode, the Launcher does stay. But, with version 1.1 I got the blinking cursor problem even when playing in Offline mode. So, the blinking cursor problem must have nothing to do with the Launcher, because when you play in Offline mode, the Launcher closes when the game starts. When I upgraded to 1.1.1 version, the blinking cursor problem was fixed for me. Naki (talk) 16:43, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- ALSO, not sure what you do for a living and what your background is, but OK - you played the Beta, I did not - but I am an experienced programmer, with over 15-20 different programming projects, so I know a lot about programming and bugs/etc, although I have never programmed a game. The mouse switching between the two processes comment does not sound right to me, and as I told you, in Offline mode the Launcher is not running at all...Naki (talk) 19:00, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

The file File:SameGameBalls.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Orphaned file, no foreseeable encyclopedic use
