You deleted my post[edit]

you deleted my hard work and contributions to the article on Surah Fatiha and the current article is terrible and does not even include the prayer. You are purposely trying to suppress that article out of hate I think.

You said the contribution did not seem constructive but it was a much better article than now appears.   • Not hate at all. I'm merely trying to enforce Wikipedia's rules regarding neutral point of view. Wikipedia does not speak in the voice of an Islamic believer, even in articles about Islam. Nor does it speak in the voice of a Christian, Jewish, or whatever believer. Wikipedia remains neutral. Also, we don't include the full text of religious scriptures or books. How about the article on the Lord's Prayer[edit]

There is an article with audio and text for the Lord's Prayer. If you allow that then the same should be allowed for the Prayer Fatiha.

Show me an evidence why you insist on deleting that page[edit]

You despising people as which does not indicate the importance or significance of the subject. How you can make sure how people's importance in 5 minutes with your prejudgement. You also want us to donate wikipedia? For what? Deleleting our page? i also wrote in my Turkish page to explain these. i share my links to prove it has to be puplish as real person biography. What more significance of subject more? Would you have enough evidence why Ulaş Öcal is a person DOES NOT INDICATE SIGNIFICANT OF SUBJECT. Maybe you get a bit above yourself. I have seen terrorist's name hear. For example Pkk leader. we will be more important if kill people?   • The deletion of the page doesn't mean that Mr. Öcal is a worse person than a terrorist leader, or that I "despise Turkish people". RE: Bold Innovation Group Deleted Page[edit]

Hi there, You recently deleted a page that I created about a notable software company - Bold Innovation Group. I was wondering what the process is for having the page 'undeleted.' The deletion mentioned reasons of 'unambiguous advertising' and 'nonnotable' Can you let me know what aspects were considered 'unambiguous advertising' so that I may edit or remove them? As well, what are the qualifications that make a company notable? I thoroughly went through the Wikipedia guidelines before posting the article, and I believe that this company meets all criteria - has an impressive resume of fortune 500 clients, has very high earnings for a tech startup, has multiple offices, many news stories about them, are prominent in their industry. All the facts about the company were supported and cited with 3rd party content and news stories. Is there a certain amount of revenue that a company must make? Does this need to be disclosed? Is there a specific number of news stories or magazine articles about the company? Aside from those particular issues, I believe the article was written in an unbiased, academic manner with proper citations and internal and external links. Please let me know what the specific missteps were so that they can be avoided for this and future articles. Thank you,

Hi NawlinWiki. Please excuse my writing to you like this, but I wanted to speak to you about a block you placed a few minutes ago. I was looking at the page for User:Mariiastott upon which an advertisement was placed for Male enhancement things. The message was placed by the user Marilynard and this user also created their own userpage advertising the product there too. I don't see Mariiastott making any edit suggesting they were spamming anyone, but since you're an administrator, you may have access to information which I don't, so would you please tell me what lead you to block that user? Mike Rosoft brought up User:The N gamer at Com:AN/BP tonight, and it reminded me of Commons:Help_desk#The_N_game_image. User:The N gamer actually thanked me last night after I blocked User:Dbigcargfnd, but I was headed to bed by that time and too tired to get into it, and forgot about it today till I saw the AN report. P.H.L.A.R.P.[edit]

I received an email and a talk page notification stating you deleted the page. I reviewed the notability guidelines found at Wikipedia:Notability, and found nothing that contradicted them. I included a reputable source, http://dailyjournalonline.com/entertainment/local/columbia-park-is-home-to-phlarp/article_a2e4f2cc-8ada-11e3-9e0f-0019bb2963f4.html (a local newspaper, one of the few available in the area). Can you please explain why it was thus deleted?

So we return to: what does satisfy the notability guidelines? Does it have to donate to Wikipedia? Does it have to be national or international? Does it have to be covered by the Times? The pages you linked imply that city newspapers, or any newspapers, can be used as reliable sources. Seriously. Point out what the actual problem with the article was.

So. I noticed that on the page List_of_live_action_role-playing_groups, Amtgard, another LARP group as well as game system, is listed as a larp group. However, its page describes the game system only, as well as its history. So what I'm going to ask of you is this: will you undelete P.H.L.A.R.P. and allow me to fix the page? I was mistaken in trying to make a page for the group in itself, and instead should have made a page for the game system (or worded it in that way).       • Amtgard is apparently a game system that is played worldwide (although in reading the article, I have doubts about its coverage in reliable sources as well). It's used in more places than Park Hills; it's been used in many locations. But this is getting futile. You're going to do whatever you want to do without caring about what (at least I have) heard WP stands for: a comprehensive encyclopedia of information. I didn't know that it was only a comprehensive encyclopedia of global, nationally-covered information. Nice to know that WP will only allow content if everyone else already knows it.     • Actually, "WP will only allow content if everyone else already knows it" is pretty close to correct. Wikipedia is a tertiary source, and therefore relies on other sources rather than conducting its own evaluations or research, or making its own decisions as to what is notable. Hi, please do not erase the user's page, it's already a french-english translation of the pages you deleted. We are actually working on a 6 month project based on wikipedia, and the lecture will take place tomorrow. 15th January 2015, Regarding Living Farms page deleted[edit]

Please note I have added more links to media articles and even listed third party associations of Living Farms in a new page under my user page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:VA1979/Living_Farms). Please review as the organization is the same established NGO who recently organised the 'Adivasi Food Festival' in Delhi. Living farms is often mentioned in many media stories focusing on sustainable agriculture, for the studies they conduct and events they organize. I have included some links, please let me know if this is sufficient? Ceres Power[edit]

Hi NawlinWiki,

I am trying to find the history of the article on Ceres Power which has disappeared from the main space, and you seem to have been involved with the deletion process. When I last saw it, the article had an extensive history with claims to notability and a valid reference from the print edition of the Times newspaper, so I am at a loss to understand your comments that "sources are all press releases".

Chip Pickering[edit]

Good morning NawlinWiki,

I have been trying to update a page on Chip Pickering and you are attributed as the editor who reverted them back to the old format with the comment that my edits "did not appear to be constructive." Putting the very questionable judgment of that statement aside I will instead try and address who I am and why we are trying to get edits made. I am responsible for marketing and communications as COMPTEL, a trade association at which Mr. Pickering is also employed as our CEO. It is part of my job to safeguard the brand of the association and its leadership. Mr. Pickering is a former congressman and was a public figure and as such was the subject of a great deal of news, both pro and con. He has not been a public figure for the last 8 years. I reviewed his Wikipedia page and saw information that is just plain out of date, information that is inaccurate and also information that is at a minimum judgmental and some of which could even be construed as libelous. Other postings are either irrelevant or just plain silly. The fact that someone posted something first doesn't make that information accurate or more credible. Please help me understand how I can get this page updated to contain the accurate information that Mr. Pickering himself has provided to me and you have now deleted. I saw your suggestion about using the sandbox in some sort of trial and error to win your approval. Sandboxes are for children and I need to rectify this asap. Some concise and helpful dialogue would be useful.

  • Well first, because you are a PR representative for Mr. Pickering, you need to be aware of Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Second, we are happy to have you update or correct statements in the article, but you need to cite reliable independent sources (WP:V) for anything you add, and you should not remove reliably sourced statements already in the article just because they may reflect Mr. Pickering in a negative light. Article Deleted[edit]

It took me 3 hours to connect pieces of information and write an article which you deleted in a few seconds. Imagine how easy it is to delete something, and imagine how hard it is to write something which brings information (and not noise and frustration like your actions). The article was related to a company and placed under a specific section, related to companies of specific region. It included relevant information on that company which has a significant influence on that specific local market. Do you even remember anything of that article!?? Did you even read the article!? And apparently your decision was to delete it in one click. Would it rather be better (and more human) to contact me before and point out objections? Would it hurt to discuss it first!?

So, in frustration of your godly action, here is what I think of you: You are not contributing to Wikipedia. You are destroying it! By deleting articles which takes hours to write in a click, you are no better than assholes who go around and hack pages, or bomb or kill for the matter. They have the same idea of bringing order or justice in their destroying actions. Thank God there are not many like you, otherwise there would be no WikiPedia. No free information, no open resources!

And I know, you will probably still thing you are right, and will keep doing what you do (I read a few other comments of angry people whose articles you deleted seconds after they published) and will not be influenced neither by this remark, or neither by my indignation (which unfortunately comes in the form of an honest insult). So take a minute to reflect, and consider at least an apology.... Most probably you will not even think long. You will go back to your small world and be convinced by your ego that the control and domination you have. Deep down you are an asshole! Here is a new and authentic information on you. Put it on your profile and do not dare to edit it; especially if you believe in the values of Wikipedia such as originality and valuable information. Deletion of Dr. Sampat Shivangi[edit]

I have placed this page on here three times and it has been deleted 3 times for the reasons of there not being a cite, but there was because it was from personal communication and was cited at the end of the article, and also because of the individual being alive and there being a question of the importance. This individual has great importance in our state in the area of Mental Health as he is the current chairman of this board and also this article provides information about his humanitarian efforts from starting schools to being apart of different political events. Just noticed you had deleted this user page, User:Devatma, now apparently recreated. Came to it circuitously from wp:NPP after seeing Dev Atma created. Note that Devatma has been deleted several times (which I see you probably already know!) with Bhagwan Devatma‎ and Satya Nand Agnihotri created recently by the same editor.

The pages all seem to be about Shiv Narayan Agnihotri who has had a page since 2007! I've 'boldly' redirected the first two to Satya Nand Agnihotri. It's not my revision, its the revision done by a dozen editors after POV-pushers tried to remove this part that had been in the article for a long time. Islam is defined by Quran, and also by the teachings, normative example and way of life of Muhammad which are Sunnah and Hadith. Muhammad was a slave owner and trader, Muhammad captured slaves in battle and Muhammad had sex with his slaves (such as Maria al-Qibtiyya, Rayhana bint Zayd ibn Amr, Al-Jariya, Tukana al-Quraziya and many others). What you just said is covered, in great detail, in Islamic views on slavery. But putting it in the "family life" section of the Islam article implies that it is a typical part of modern Islamic family life, which is not supported by your BBC source, and is in fact contradicted by it. The islamqa.info site is one person's opinion on what the Quran says, and does not appear to be a reliable source, or in fact a source at all on the topic of what Islamic "family life" is in current practice. Similarly, although there is a long history of slavery among Christians, see Christian views on slavery, it would be misleading to edit the Christianity article to imply that slavery is condoned in modern Christian families. But more importantly than any of that, I've read the discussion, and (1) I don't see a consensus to re-add the section, and (2) if you do it again, that would be at least your fourth revert and would violate WP:3RR. Deletion of Mainstreet Technologies page[edit]

Hi NawlinWiki, I'm wondering why my page "Mainstreet Technologies" was deleted. In the rationale, you listed "unambiguous advertising." However, the language and style used on the Mainstreet Technologies page was very similar to the pages for other Canadian polling firms (ie. Forum Research). Furthermore, there were multiple references (with more to be added), which stands in contrast to pages of other Canadian polling firms, which have almost none (ie. Nanos Research and Ipsos-Reid). Mainstreet Technologies is a legitimate polling company, and several other Wikipedia pages (ie. Toronto mayoral election, 2014, Peel Region municipal elections, 2014, 29th Alberta general election etc.) reference Mainstreet multiple times, with hyperlinks to the page. Regarding "Slavery and "Family Life" -- request for comments"[edit]

Would not it be better to temporarily remove the object of the dispute, waiting for other users to express themselves?? Some of the point raised by Dustylappss, like the extremist online preacher or the openwiki, have already been dismissed for not being realible sources. Others use the news in a distorted way: for example in the openwiki linked by Dustylappss news regarding sex traffcking crimes are part of the section "Muslim Statistics (Slavery)": is a blatant manipulation, like describing the romanian's woman sex traffcking in Europe "Orthodox Statistics"! And so on. A BBC link we're provided to explain the reason why te slavery thing must stay; i provided multiple resources proving that slavery it's not part of modern islam, it's not part of muslim family life and it's condemned in every form by the highest Muslim authorities, and that both muslim and western scholars dismissed the position of groups like isis, boko haram and others extremist ideology. It seems to me that this point about slavery being pushed despite all evidence to the contrary, for this reason I ask whether it would be better to intervene? Thanks for your time.
