Speedy deletion nomination of File:Livid Base2.jpg[edit]

You Livid image uploads[edit]

Hi,

You have a made a lot of uploads of livid products which appear to come from their website or their flickr feed. Their web site gives no indication that any of its contents are released under a free license. A sampling of images from their flickr photostream all license where the material was simply copyrighted with no creative commons licensing. AS well, you stated "yeah, that complicates things, but rather than try to prove otherwise" in response to a file EXIF showing a copyright to "Ainsley Joseph". Does this mean that you are representing the Livid company or work for them? If so, you must read and understand Wikipedia's [[WP:COI|conflict of interest] guidelines.

If you do represent Livid, and Livid is donating all of these images to Wikipedia, then you shoudl follow the steps at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If that is not the case, then I ask to clean up after yourself and request that all of your uploads be deleted.
