If the organisation really wants to licence it's content freely, so that anyone can reuse it, for any purpose, you, or another representative can email the address given above, and the article can be restored. However, I'll tell you frankly, that's a bad idea. Organisations that licence their content are almost invariably unhappy with the outcome, and text someone would write about themselves is more or less always unsuitable for Wikipedia anyhow. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, and written from a neutral point of view - it's a summary of third party sources. If you're interested in writing an article, it's always the smart idea to gather such sources, then write an article from them. If you need any guidance, please just ask. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
