Speedy deletion nomination of Ichaa creations

[edit]

Hello Sakthiprasanna,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ichaa creations for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Brainy J (previously Atlantima) ~~ (talk) 16:56, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tamil script

[edit]

Hi, please do NOT add Tamil spelling in lead sections. The matter has been discussed and there is a consensus that the lead section should contain NO INDIC SCRIPTS WHATSOEVER. See WP:INDICSCRIPTS. Thank you. Regards, kashmiri TALK 11:52, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No Indics pls - I am reverting all your edits related to TN.Ssriram mt (talk) 13:35, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Puducherry does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Ugog Nizdast (talk) 13:04, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with upload of File:Velankanni-Tamilnadu-Festival-Car-Procession-Photo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Velankanni-Tamilnadu-Festival-Car-Procession-Photo.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:05, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Velankanni-Tamilnadu-Festival-Car-Procession-Photo.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Nilavilakku, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tamil. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:49, 23 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
