Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kourtney Kardashian 2020.png[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Kourtney Kardashian 2020.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Well, could you please set your preferences to require an edit summary? Agree to communicate when issues are raised? Can you please affirm you will make no more unsourced edits? Can you please affirm that you will no longer upload images copyrighted elsewhere? What does it mean when we say, "all content must be licensable under CC BY-SA 3.0 License and the GFDL".
