Valeriu Cosarciuc (born 24 November 1955, Clocușna) is a Moldovan politician. He was the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet.

Valeriu Cosarciuc was born on 24 November 1955 in Clocușna, Ocnița District. He is a member of the Party Alliance Our Moldova.[1]
