– Per MOS:CAPS and WP:NCCAPS (these phrases are not consistently capitalized in sources), and to be WP:CONSISTENT with all the other entries in Category:National questions. Some textual cleanup of the over-capitalization will also be needed, and some subcategories will need renaming. I did the case cleanups and such on these articles, since nobody else did. Some were clearly about the term (National question and Serbian question) so I italicized in the leads. Another (Spanish question (United Nations)) was written to say about the term but really had a topic, so I fixed that lead, too. Please check/improve. Dicklyon (talk) 23:22, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
