Yukinori Ishizuka (石塚 運昇 Ishizuka Yukinori?), better known as Unshō Ishizuka (石塚 運昇 Ishizuka Unshō?) (May 16, 1951 - ) is a Japanese seiyū from Katsuyama, Fukui. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and is best known for providing the voice of both the Narrator and Professor Oak on the Japanese anime series, Pokémon.

As well as that, he also voices various Pokémon including Brock's Onix/Steelix, Jasmine's Steelix, Pryce's Piloswine, Clair's Gyarados and also Ash's Kingler not only in the Japanese version but also the English-language version of the show.

He currently stars in the Pokémon Best Wishes series where he plays both the Narrator and the Isshu Pokédex.

As such, he also plays various Onix, Steelix and Gyarados that have also appeared in the Pokémon anime. He also had a small role in the Battle Frontier anime where he played Salon Maiden Anabel's Metagross and he appeared in the previous Advance Generation series as Harley's Octillery in both the Japanese and English language versions of the anime.
