If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Marin Family requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. FoxyOrange (talk) 18:29, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Umberto Marin has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. sources[edit]

Hi,

Just a comment on why the articles above were nominated for deletion -- they need sources that appear in other publications (newspapers, books, etc) about the family and why they are notable. (Just being aristocratic is not quite enough). If you need to work in a test space you can use your sandbox. Please contact me if you need help. Best of luck, phoebe / (talk to me) 19:07, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This article is already at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Marin Family which is where it should stay until accepted by the reviewers there. It's kind of wasting the reviewers time and effort to post at AfC and make a fork of it live at the same time. SpinningSpark 19:12, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Luca Marin (politician) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:

All biographies of living people created after March 18, 2010, must have references.

Ok, enough is enough, this is becoming disruptive. I have speedy deleted that one as a recreation of an article deleted at an AfD discussion. Please do not recreate without reliable sources showing notability (see WP:42), or a debate that has decided it should be undeleted. That pretty much goes for other articles on this family. When you are contacted on this page about problems with articles, you are expected to respond, not just recreate them when deleted. Thank you. SpinningSpark 17:23, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent disruptive editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  SpinningSpark 16:38, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to have to do this to you, but you have created Umberto, Earl Marin again for the third time at least. This article was deleted after a deletion discussion and should not be recreated without first addressing the problems raised there. Besides anything else, biographies of living persons without any verifiable sources are not permitted. You have been given every opportunity to say something in defence of these articles and take part in the discussions but have failed to communicate at all with anyone on any page on any subject. So sorry, you are blocked until you are prepared to communicate with others here. SpinningSpark 16:51, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your use of multiple Wikipedia accounts[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Royalist Lady, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
