I think Merbabu and SatuSuro is more senior and well-versed in this english wikipedia Indonesia portal rules and many other things than me, probably you should ask them. Anyway to send messages to other users, just edit and write in their talk page, just like what I did here to yours. For images, you should not upload random pictures from google with no clear copyrights. Because images in wikimedia commons better to be free of copyrights, you as wikipedians may contribute your own photographs took by yourself, not others pictures uploaded in internet. Maybe you could learning by doing or by editing just like me (but please try to cause less damage), other editors/contributors such as Merbabu, Caniago, SatuSuro and me usually guard the Indonesian related articles; you should learn more about wikipedia. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. Actually, that edit was OK - he was removing the clear copy vio pic he added. But most before weren't. This editor has been warned previously about copyright violations.
