I guess that at first this may seem a bit arcane... This is a list of recent AfDs (on many different subjects) and if you browse through it, you may get a feel for what is needed. Here is an archive of past PRODs and AfDs specific to academic journals. I understand that the South African Judicial Education Journal is potentially an important journal, but we need proof of notability, not a subjective judgment that notability potentially is there.
