Vukovar-Srijem county - Vukovarsko-srijemska županija is the easternmost Croatian county. It includes the southeastern parts of Slavonia, western parts of Srijem, and the lower Sava river basin (Posavina).

Its center is Vukovar; other cities are Vinkovci, Županja, Ilok.
