I haven't found a way to permanently ban him, but sooner or later that will happen. The point is to remain cool, not get yourself blocked and follow Wikipedia rules. Feel free to investigate and let me know if you find anything further than request for mediation, request for comment or dispute resolution. I've tried all three and as of lately he simply doesn't participate and these are closed on that grounds.

It certainly would help however if more active editors take an active position. Note that Tourbilion is always online in WP, almost as if someone is paying him to do it :) The fact is that he clearly doesn't know much about Bulgaria's history. Hi Ximhua,
Turbalan presents himself as Bulgarian user living in Sofia which I think is a lie. What do you think? I didn't find articles written by him in Bulgarian. Could he be deceptive? A lier who seeks for a way to legitimize his stealthy vandalism. Since I am new here maybe you could provide me with some information on that. What do you know about him? When did he become active and in particular active in the Bulgarian section? Unfortunately I am very busy and cannot be constantly online as today but I take this case seriously and will do whatever I can to destroy this lier. I don't want him out of the Article I want him completely banned. CMD seems to be on his side? Know something about him? thanks[[User:Espor|Espor]] ([[User talk:Espor|talk]]) 23:16, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Your comment at Talk:Czech Republic

Hello Ximhua. The page Talk:Czech Republic in intended for discussions about possible improvements to the article Czech Republic. Also, when reading your post, I have to remind you to read WP:CANVAS and WP:FORUMSHOP. Comments of this kind are highly inappropriate anywhere on Wikipedia. Formal mediation has been requested

The Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "Bulgaria". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. After reviewing the request page, the formal mediation policy, and the guide to formal mediation, please indicate in the "party agreement" section whether you agree to participate. Because requests must be responded to by the Mediation Committee within seven days, please respond to the request by 5 August 2012.

Discussion relating to the mediation request is welcome at the case talk page. Thank you.

Warning

This behaviour here [1] is really unacceptable, especially after all the edit-warring you engaged in with your IPs before you created your account. Just so that nobody can claim you weren't warned, here's the standard warning:

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user editing Balkans-related articles in a disruptive way. If you engage in further inappropriate behaviour in this area, you may be placed under sanctions including blocks, a revert limitation or an article/topic ban. Thank you. Mediation page

About this [2]: I honestly don't care what the formal rules are in that place. But do you honestly think that your text did a better job than mine at preparing an outside reader for understanding what this dispute is about and what needs to be settled? I am taking this as a test of your goodwill and your readiness for collaboration. If you are truly interested in collaboration and in reaching a solution, you will say: thank you, Fut.Perf., for helping me to present this matter in a better way than I could do it myself. On the other hand, if you dig in your heels over this and insist on your "right" to have your rambling, disorganized and overlong rant remain on that page, just because it is yours, then I will know that talking with you is not worth the trouble. Any comment? Fut.Perf. 17:13, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppetry investigation

Since I doubt you will respond at the investigation page, I am asking you here - could you please list the IP address under which you made your edits ? Thank you in advance. - ☣Tourbillon A ? 19:10, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Tsvetan Sokolov has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Request for mediation rejected

The request for formal mediation concerning Bulgaria, to which you were listed as a party, has been declined. To read an explanation by the Mediation Committee for the rejection of this request, see the mediation request page, which will be deleted by an administrator after a reasonable time. Please direct questions relating to this request to the Chairman of the Committee, or to the mailing list. For more information on forms of dispute resolution, other than formal mediation, that are available, see Wikipedia:Dispute resolution.

Canvassing

You've been told about WP:Canvassing more than once, yet you've gone and done it again. Is there an explanation for this? Have you read WP:Canvass, and do you understand what it is? CMD (talk) 19:38, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am Espor and I am a new editor in Wikipedia. I would like to ask you how to be granted access to the Bulgaria page again since the page is now protected and thus it cannot be edited. Is it temporary or is it permanent? Also I would like to renew the discussion on whether the dates 632 and 681 should be put back in the infobox. I do not think that the current info box satisfies the criteria for objectivity and completeness. In fact I see something even darker- a manifestation of double standards. How come the founding year of Iran is 625BC and the founding year of the Czech republic is 870 whereas the founding year of one of the oldest states in Europe-Bulgaria-is 1878?? There is something fishy here! Cheers.62.203.109.137 (talk) 16:49, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ximhua,

Turbillon, or whatever his name, is a hypocrite smooth talker. It is interesting how the vandal labels others vandals! Hes the one changing the infobox and than instead of providing solid arguments for his revision he demands arguments from the other side for not agreeing with him! This must be a joke, right? And what is even more astonishing is that hes version is accepted... So you say I cannot edit anymore? Is it temporary or is it permanent? Moreover I would like to know how can we ban this wolf in sheep's clothes Turbalan. Is there some way to deny him access to the side the way I am denied? C'mon there must be some way to go around this obstacle. We cannot leave this page being desecrated like this, can we?--Espor--Espor (talk) 20:01, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
