Updated 14 April 2022: Hello, I cleaned up the article per your remarks and pinged you but haven't heard back. I added several more references and fixed all the ibids. I have also now removed the long list of articles and instead put in a link to an internet site where they are available as a .pdf. I hope this now completes the changes requested and look forward to the entry going live. [[User:Pbwelch|Pbwelch]] ([[User talk:Pbwelch#top|talk]]) 06:48, 11 April 2022 (UTC) |

Disambiguation link notification
Hi. When you recently edited East India Company, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Treaty of Münster (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

...for removing [1] this false claim. I had fixed the article on Afonso, Prince of Portugal and had removed that but this one had escaped me. Not only did Ferdinand and Isabella arrange this marriage, but Isabella then married King Manuel I of Portugal and when Isabella died, he married her sister María of Aragón.--Maragm (talk) 08:49, 3 September 2016 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of William Willetts
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on William Willetts requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/obituary-william-willetts-1572980.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Meters (talk) 02:13, 10 June 2018 (UTC)
- Since you state that you are a "former university lecturer" I'm astonished to see you attempt to upload a verbatim copy of a copyrighted obituary as you did. You refer to yourself as "she" and the obituary was written by one John Guy, so you did not write the obituary. If you rewrite this article please be aware that, while obituaries may be used a references, they are not useful for showing the notability of the subject. Meters (talk) 02:24, 10 June 2018 (UTC)
