Hi and welcome to Wikipedia! I am not Greenman, but I do have a few comments.

First, autobiographies are usually inherently biased. Yours did not seem very neutral and was written in a manner that seemed a bit promotional, which is not something we want. It also repeats a lot of information. I have fixed some of these errors, but there's still some to be cleaned up. See WP:AUTOBIO.

Second, it needs more reliable sources, that way you can support the info provided.

Third, many of the sources that are provided are cited incorrectly (see our WP:CITE page for how to cite the sources properly). They should not just be bare URLS. You can use the visual editor to easily do this (that's personally what I use too).

Don't feel discouraged, though. :) If it is rewritten properly and has reliable sources to back it, your draft may be accepted.

The information on Relton Booysen is my coaching career and information on coach. What you suggest i change it too instead of autobiographies. All I want is my coaching profile to be on Wikipedia as i am going to apply for a lot of coaching positions now after Basketball Africa league. I not understand what you meant reliable sources since all the references comes form news papers. ESPN, FIBA etc. Please i would appreciate it if you can give me examples.

i am new to Wikipedia and its not easy to navigate like other platforms. I will read up on the visual editor. I do not understand what you mean by neutral as I state my coaching career. I have spend a lot of time the last week on this process>if there was a life chat or a zoom option to explain to users it would be easier. Its really difficult to setup this page. @ReltonBooysen22 Hi! Thank you for the response, I really should have explained it a lot better.

I have fixed a lot of the issues I described that were remaining, including the bare URLs and repetitive content (not 100% though, there are still some issues). I also simplified the sentences a lot so that they don't sound as promotional. However, please keep in mind the policies of WP:NEUTRAL, WP:RELIABLE, and WP:CITE when you add new content. Your draft also needs to be notable enough to be accepted, and it is important to see the conflict of interest policy and disclose your conflict of interest (the best place to do so is your user page).

Also, what I said earlier isn't to say that all autobiographies (biography of oneself) will remain biased, but a lot of the time, if they are written by one person only, then they usually need peer review and improvements to make sure that they are neutral and unbiased. Also, you need more sources. Per WP:VERIFY and WP:ORIGINALRESEARCH, the article should be backed by reliable sources that don't just have passing mentions of thr subject. These sources should be able to support most of the info in the article, including basic stuff like your place of birth and birth date, even if you really are Relton and the one who has written the article. Hi, yes, the reason the text does not appear here any more is that it was moved to my talk page archives. Every now and again I do so to prevent the talk page becoming too heavy. It wasn't specifically your post that prompted this, but since I became active on reviewing Drafts in 2021, I've been getting a lot of requests, and I thought a notice would be useful. The intention is to give constructive advice to the submitter, and avoid frustration with my lack of response. Responding on the Draft page or another dedicated page means followup reviewers can benefit from the discussion. I did some wikipedia research on notability and found this:

"attributes that may be considered toward establishing notability... as long as the attributes are themselves supported by reliable sources in their allowing then the presumption that additional sources are likely to exist. WP:ANYBIO allows that ANY individual may be presumed notable if "the person has received a notable award or honor, or has been nominated for one several times", OR "the person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in their specific field". Meeting these "attributes" allows editors to accept a presumption in good faith that other sources are likely to exist without also demanding that these "other sources" be immediately found and offered."

The subject I am writing about won notable awards and prizes. So if I find what you called "reliable sources" and remove external links then I can re-submit the article?

Response to comment for "Draft:List of tropical depressions"

Unlike the first one, the draft uses notable depressions (depressions with articles relating to it), unlike the first one, as the reason for deletion nomination states that the article "gives a list of non-notable storms." And while the deletion nomination also states that "TD's occur all of the time", some of these tropical depression on the draft list did major damage, with Tropical Depression Winnie (one of the tropical depressions on the list) being one of the worst tropical cyclones in the Philippines's history, and it never reached tropical storm status. In fact, the first name for the list had "notable" in it's title, just to differentiate it from the first one (but it got changed to what it is now, as it's not neutral.)

Mr. Greenman, we don't understand why you want to keep nyombi's page in isolation, people have tried adding and removing all the so called urls you mentioned but we don't see his page being approved, you can't tell me someone who has been featured almost everywhere,BBC, CNN, CBC News, WION, Global Citizen, TRT World, TED,award winner, and has a verified twitter account, but has a fake wikipedia profile, like seriously to me i see this has a sign of discrimination. which we don't want to see on wiki. Hi, I struggle to publish my draft about RTL AdConnect, as the article is deemed as not having enough reliable sources.Although I read about the referencing policy of wikipedia, I don't understand why my sources are not good. Because I used some sources from renown media outlets and they are in no way linked to the company. I'd like to know what would be an acceptable sources. Or is the problem the quality of the articles Im referencing to ? I also looked at other companies working in the same field as RTL AdConnect, and their wikipedia page seems to be have sources from media outlets. Thanks for your help.
