I disagree- Terrorism (as defined) is used to forward and agenda or goal- these criminals were not using violence to achieve any social or political goal, only to achieve revenge, and/or self gratification. Guns,bombs etc, are simply tools of terroism, but do not define it-this event was a massacre)
