CKMM-FM is a Canadian radio station broadcasting a contemporary hit radio format in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is known as Hot 103. Hot 103 is owned and operated by Astral Media. It is currently the second most listened radio station in Winnipeg behind CJOB 680.

History

The radio station known as HOT 103 first started broadcasting in Winnipeg as CKWG, with a near free-form format. The call signs have changed quite a bit over the years, from CHZZ to CKLU and then finally to CKMM. In 1996 the station switched to a country music format with the on-air name of Star 103 FM. When Star 103 FM and QX-104 FM (Winnipeg's other country music station) came under the ownership of Standard Radio the format of Star 103 was changed to avoid redundancy. CKMM re-launched with a CHR format as HOT 103 on New Year's Eve 1997.

On October 29, 2007, Astral Media took over CKMM-FM as a result of a buyout of Standard Radio.
