League of Super Evil (shortened to L.O.S.E. or LOSE) is an animated television series co-created by Philippe Ivanusic-Vallee, Davila LeBlanc, Peter Ricq, developed by Asaph Fipke, and produced by Nerd Corps Entertainment in conjunction with YTV. It premiered on YTV Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 10:30 am. The show will be airing on Nickelodeon in Canada and on the Cartoon Network in the India, Australia, New Zealand, United States, CBBC in United Kingdom and Canal Plus, Canal J, and Gulli in France. There will be a total of 26 episodes (13 10-11 minute segments) in the first season. In Latin America, it is aired on Disney XD.

Plot

The League of Super Evil or L.O.S.E. as it is generally known, is a group of Super Villains who are plotting to take over their neighborhood in Metrotown and ultimately the world. Their Machiavellian schemes usually collapse in on themselves as the group members are utterly incompetent. While all the other citizens in the neighborhood live in suburban houses, L.O.S.E. has a "secret" evil lair. The League is often at odds with other, more "important" super villains, such as Skullossus.

Main Characters Villains

• Voltar (voiced by Scott McNeil): Also known as Supreme Commander and usually just called Voltar by the other L.O.S.E. members, Voltar is the leader of the group. The stereotypical Evil Overlord, he is a pint-sized, megalomaniac with sociopathic and narcissistic tendencies, in the vein of Sheldon J. Plankton and Invader Zim. It is implied that he has a Napoleon complex. He creates evil plans, which turn out to be incredibly childish and simple. Voltar is described as an evil maniacal genius, but his insane dreams of power are constantly thwarted by a variety of factors; usually his arrogance, his paranoia, his neurosis, the incompetence of his subordinates and often his own childish demeanour. Like many evil villains in fiction, he is prone to lengthy and verbose rantings accompanied by dramatic hand gestures. He wears a suit covering his entire body, but no one knows why. The only parts of his face that can be seen are his golden colored eyes. While some have suggested he is a child (as an explanation for his small stature and over-enthusiasm towards ice cream trucks), it has been shown that he is at least legally old enough to rent an apartment (as shown in "The Split") and has also outright asserted his adulthood (when told he had to sit in a booster seat in "Evil Driver's Ed"). While the possible difference in years between them is unknown, his birthday happens to fall on the day after Doktor Frogg's birthday. It is possible that Voltar is not entirely human since there have been situations where he has proven to be somewhat indestructible - however this might simply be chalked up to cartoon physics. Voltar's uniform consists of two shades of red. In some instances where he is not wearing his full costume, it is shown that Voltar has abnormally pale skin. Also, although it may have been an animation oversight due to production shortcuts, Voltar does appear to have the L.O.S.E. logo tattooed on his left shoulder (as can be seen in "Underwhere?"). Again, this may have simply been a result of the animators cutting corners by simply recoloring the digital "skin" of his uniform as his actual skin (thus also explaining why he appears to have doll-like shoulder seams). Voltar is suspected to be either an alien or a mutant due to having purple urine (although it is more likely that this is just a reference to the supposed chemical used in swimming pools that is rumored to change color upon interaction with urine).) He is also shown to be completely clueless when it comes to natural history, for he believed that the pioneers used dinosaurs to pull their stage coaches, mistook neanderthals for ancient Greeks, and believes that the printing press was invented by a woolly mammoth, and all of this is displayed in "Bite at the Museum"; it is also seen in "School Daze" that he apparently believes the country of Germany is, in fact, inhabited by actual germs. He wears red briefs, which happen to be the only, single pair of underwear that he owns. Although his schemes usually end in disaster, he did achieve a world record of sorts: most failed attempts at breaking an evil record. Voltar is arrogant and haughty, looking down on his teammates who nevertheless have a certain (though limited) amount of respect for his authority. He appears to be named after the philosopher Voltaire.

• Doktor Frogg (voiced by Lee Tockar): Probably the smartest member of L.O.S.E, Frogg is a mad scientist whose genius is hampered by bad luck (he is usually electrocuted at least once in nearly every episode). He is also a spineless, self-loathing coward who is no match for Voltar's domineering personality. He has robotic, three-clawed hands that can extend, but are terrible at grasping small objects, such as pens and pencils. They can also rotate quickly to become cutting weapons, as well as retract and switch out to a set of more menacing sharp, silver claws (at least on his right hand). The robotic claws are never explained, although he has apparently had them since he was a child. He also has a metal chin. He wears a blue smock, and goggles which can project heat rays. He is obviously a reference to the 'Mad Scientist' villain stereotype. Frogg's voice is a slight take-off of horror-movie mainstay Peter Lorre, albeit higher. Frogg also has a darker, psychotic, and quite deadly side that may relate to past evil outside of L.O.S.E.. He also shows much more evil intelligence than the other members and can distinguish between evil plans, and Voltar's plans. He is fanatically obsessed with heavy-metal star Rock Gothlington, to the point where he even snagged and kept a sweat towel used by the rocker while posing as a concert stagehand. It is known that Frogg dreads his every birthday, mainly because of the well-intentioned, but humiliatingly awful birthday parties planned for him by Red. Because his title has a 'k' in it rather than a 'c', it is implied that Frogg is at least part German. Frogg is constantly bullied and eaten by Doomageddon. He was once buried in L.O.S.E`S front yard by the voracious hellhound, and was eventually dug up by Red, only to be swiftly snagged again, and dragged to an uncertain fate.

• Reginald (Red) Menace (voice by Colin Murdock): Referred to as Red by L.O.S.E. (which takes on a double meaning due to his freckle-faced, redheaded visage), he is the muscles of the group, but is also a gentle and friendly giant. He only uses his "anvil-sized Fists of Judgment" on truly evil people. He was originally a Siberian farm boy (hence the origin of the name Red Menace - a dated Cold War reference to the Soviet Union and Communism), although he is very fluent in English. Voltar does not consider Red to be "evil" (which he probably isn't, though he tries to be). Always cheerful and willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, Red enjoys gardening in his spare time, and loves cute little animals. He is possibly a take-off of the 'Henchman' villain stereotype. Although he is quite child-like and naive, and lacks some bits and pieces of common knowledge, it has been shown that he is actually highly intelligent (In "School Daze", the arcade trivia game, "Brain Dump", calculates Red's intelligence as "Triple Einstein"). He has often proven himself to be the "problem-solver" of the group, either through purposeful, genuine insight, or merely by accidental observation. His often-shown taste for extremely unpalatable foods (such as liver-flavored birthday cake, and tofu pops) belie his above-average cooking ability. Red is also a bit of a musical savant (at least with the accordion and bagpipes) and eerily good at stunt driving (at least with an ice cream truck). One can only conjecture why Red appears to have a preference for wearing pink, floral-printed underwear. Despite his motto: "Leave no villain behind", Red is not very helpful when it comes to Doktor Frogg being eaten by Doomageddon, and rather than treat it like a serious problem of temperament, he mostly dismisses it as normal canine hijinks.

• Doomageddon: Doomageddon is a pan-dimensional hellhound that has the ability to teleport, change size, fly, and turn invisible. He was originally referred to as a "Hellhound" (despite re-dubbing, Red's lip animation in "Table for Four" is clearly saying "Hellhound") it has since been replaced with the more viewer-friendly term, "Doom Hound". Doomageddon wears a brown cloak, and can prove useful to the other three members of L.O.S.E. Unfortunately, the destruction he is capable of is more often directed at the team rather than their foes. For reasons unknown, he seems to have chosen Doktor Frogg as his personal chew-toy, even ingesting him whole on countless occasions. He is a take off of the 'monster' villain steryotype. Needless to say, Frogg and Doomageddon are not very fond of each other. Red treats Doomageddon more or less as a regular pet dog, and seems to be the only member of the team that Doomageddon will pay any heed to, despite the assumption that Voltar is his actual owner. Doomageddon is chaotic at his best, gladly eating any random objects he comes across. He is also depicted as likely to be the most deadly member of the team, but is far too lazy or uncontrollable to wreak havoc to its fullest. While he is capable of driving the V-Mobile on occasion, he can usually be seen riding in the small trailer hitched to the back. Doomageddon especially dislikes going to the vet, and will usually disappear into an alternate dimension at the mere mention of the word. Also, he himself also serves as a "portal" to this other realm (as witnessed in "Lose Tooth"): Any "opening" created in the "portal" (such as pulling one of Doomageddon's teeth or clipping his toenails) will create a powerful black hole into the other dimension, which (even though he is a DOOM hound) is pink with singing mountains and rainbows with unicorns. Doomageddon has a strange fondness for accordion music.

• Henchbots: L.O.S.E.'s two Henchbots, 17 and 32, are constantly falling apart. They are usually destroyed in every episode they appear in. Their duties usually include menial house-hold tasks, such as taking out the trash, or cleaning Doomageddon's radioactive messes. Another of their duties is to play Voltar's dramatic and evil music. They constantly mess this up, though, and play Polka music instead. Most of the time, whenever they are given a job, they fall apart while doing it. A running gag is that they're regularly eaten by Doomageddon, only to be later pilfered from his stomach contents. They are apparently rare antiques, as mentioned by Evil Stevens in the episode "Henchbot Elites".

The V-Mobile

The V-Mobile is L.O.S.E's car. The V stands for Voltar. It has on more than one occasion been called a golf cart and is not very fast. It has a cart that regularly holds Doomageddon. The V-Mobile doesn't have an official seating chart, nor an official driver. Doomageddon drove it once. For the next few episodes it was featured in, Voltar drove. After that, Red drove. Doktor Frogg has yet to drive the V-Mobile. It can seat up to four people, five if you count the cart. It is also not very strong, bouncing off any vehicle it bumps. It doesn't have side or rear windows. Instead in the back of the cab, there is a gaping hole. Red also says in one episode that they own a getaway boat that lost its motor during a "waterfall accident".

Other Villains

• Cougar (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): She is a villain in which every time someone mentions her name, music and a roar from a tiger comes on (Doktor Frogg found that out towards the end of "The Bank Job"). Doktor Frogg seems blush when she's around, even when he finds out that she is an older woman (the running joke and double entendre being that she borrows her costumed identity not only from the feline animal but with the archetypal typical older woman who seeks to seduce and bed younger men). She tried to rob the First National Bank of Villainy but was stopped by L.O.S.E. There was a reward for her capture but Voltar didn't hear it and kept the "minimum bank deposit" of 5 dollars. She doesn't appear again since then, though she was referenced to in "Injustice Gene". An obvious take-off of Catwoman with a car similar to the classic Batmobile. But in "Dial E for EVIL" when Voltar was annoy-e calling every person in Metrotown he managed to call Cougar, within her jailcell and appeared to be very angry. Another cameo appearenace that she made was in 'iDestruct' where it showed her waiting in line to get an iDestruct.

• Skullossus (voiced by Colin Murdock): He is the cream of the crop, at the tip of the top of the villain hierarchy in Metroville. It is known that he has an ongoing rivalry with General Sergeant (as shown in "Escape from Skullossus"). Skullossus can usually be found in his impressive orbiting space station (designed to look much like his head), with his own loyal army of robot soldiers known as "Skullmandoes". He also appears to be an improved version of Voltar, including the costume and manner of speaking. A possible parody of Atomic Skull and/or Red Skull. His computer sounds like the robot (BOSS) from Dr. Who. Has the record for appearing the most times in the "Genius Book of World Wreckers".
  • Skullmandos: Highly-trained robots that serve Skullossus.

• Wiggles: He's an evil little bunny that may look cute and innocent at first, but in reality is a truly wicked little creature. Wiggles' sweet little bunny-rabbit smile conceals a mouthful of huge, fearsome fangs. Also able to swallow other animals (like Doomageddon) whole, he is very reminiscent of the Rabbit of Caerbannog.

• Linemaster (voiced by Lee Tockar): A geeky-looking villain who is bound and determined to be first in line for everything, if only for the bragging rights. He commands a small group of holographic "Line Bots", which he utilizes to take up extra spaces in lines for free giveaways. First introduced in "iDestruct", competing with L.O.S.E. for the coveted front of the line, in order to receive the titular gadget (the latest evil technology from "Rotten Core") free of charge. Last seen held captive at the Hall of Glory.

• Commander Chaos: The archenemy of the Force Fighters V, he mistook Voltar for an employee at the car wash where he dropped off his Shuriken Typhoon Super-S Atomic Destructo-bot "Tina" for some routine care. He returned just as the FFV came to get revenge on him for their earlier defeat at his hands (though really, it was L.O.S.E. that they fought). Unfortunately for Chaos, the previous battle left his robot severely damaged and it fell apart right from the beginning of the battle. The "Tina" robot also makes various cameos throughout the series: as a human-sized audience member in "iDestruct" (which was shortly thereafter the first thing destroyed as a demonstration of the iDestruct's built-in laser), and as a model being painted by General Sargent in "Lose Tooth".

• Lair-y (voiced by Colin Murdock): A temporary member of L.O.S.E., Lair-y (pronounced like Larry) was a computer defense system built and designed by Doktor Frogg to protect Voltar's new Abominator BMX Ultimate Evil Edition bicycle from being stolen, but Voltar stupidly gives Lair-y a direct order to let no one touch it, not realizing that it included himself. Doomageddon ends up shutting down Lair-y by eating his circuits and wires. It was reminiscent of HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

• Doom Driver: A rogue, undead driver that takes down other rogue drivers in street races and takes their cars. He eventually races the V-mobile X-TREEEEEME and wins without a challenge. Instead of taking it, he says it isn't cool enough which causes Voltar to become furious. They upgrade the car so that he wants it, get into a race, and nearly win. But since Voltar wants the car taken, he ironically costs them the race by throwing the upgrades at Doom Driver. He is also married, as he mentions that he's got errands to do for "Mrs. Driver" when LOSE first try to challenge him. It is also revealed he lives less than a block away from L.O.S.E.

• Chuckles: Doktor Frogg's very first creation. A robotic clown designed to ruin the other neighborhood kids' birthday parties because he wasn't ever invited to them. Chuckles worked fine until he turned on Frogg and ruined his party as well. Later on, Red stupidly reactivated him and he terrorized the league on Frogg's birthday years later. He kept it up until midnight, when his birthday was technically over. Unfortunately, Voltar's birthday was after Frogg's, and Chuckles went on the rampage again.

• Injustice Gene: Justice Gene turned evil. After failing as a suburban law officer, museum nightwatchman, warehouse cop, janitor, and a pizza delivery boy, Gene resorted to working with his archenemies the League Of Super Evil and help get their Uncatchable Disk of Doom back from Glory Guy. Upon retrieving it, he tried to rescue Doktor Frogg from capture before Glory Guy made the scene but was spotted by him and had his rescue mistaken for capture. He was awarded his old janitor job at the Hall of Glory.

• LOSE clones: Clones of the League that really are evil, and actually competent at being so. Frogg created them so the real LOSE could get out of having to scoop Doomageddon's radioactive feces. The Voltar clone is even more muscular and taller and has a deeper voice than the original. Also noted for wearing black instead of red. Clone Red Menace's hair is slicked back in a 50's pompadour style. Wears reddish orange instead of green, and dwarfs even the 'original' Red Menace's strength. And is more evil than the original. The clone Doktor Frogg's brain is visibly massive and he is also noted for wearing a white lab coat instead of a blue jumpsuit, and his claws, goggles, chin, and other accessories have more of a grey-brown/crimson colour scheme. Clone Doomageddon is green and has larger horns and piercing red eyes, strongly resembling the two canine demi-gods Vinz Clortho and Zuul from Ghostbusters also, unlike "normal" Doomageddon, when clone Doomageddon teleports he leaves behind a large green nuclear explosion, whereas normal Doomageddon merely vanishes in smoke and lightning. The clones nearly took over the world in under four hours (during which they beat Voltar in a staredown, gave Red two atomic wedgies, demolished Commander Chaos' destructo-bot in a 2.3 second battle, and commandeered Skullossus' ship), but disintegrated into puddles after those four hours, with Frogg commenting that it was "a new record".

• Mysterio Villaino (voiced by Peter Kelamis): A supervillain who first appeared in "Table for Four". He has the exact same mask and voice as Voltar, and his body is a slightly taller version of Frogg's. He also has a moustache and sunglasses, and wears a yellow trench coat and matching fedora that bear his logo (a large 'M' above a small 'V'). He also seems to have a problem with bumping into things, as well as running so that his upper body tilts backwards as he does so. Voltar attempted to disguise himself as Villaino in order to get into a fancy supervillain restaurant, yet his disguise is immediately seen through (as the real Villaino entered the restaurant a few seconds before Voltar attempted the disguise). Villaino enjoys interpretive dancing and specializes in robbing discount hat outlets. He also was seen in line in 'iDestruct'. Mysterio Villaino might have been seen lining up after 'the cougar'.

• Jules LeSimian (voiced by Lee Tocker): The simian waiter/bouncer/manager/maitre'd at the premiere villains' restaurant; Villaynes. He always succeeds in keeping the L.O.S.E. out of his restaurant without a reservation, yet they eventually succeed in getting in (destroying the restaurant in the process).
  • Ninja Waiters: They work for Jules LeSimian at Villaynes. They enjoy backflips and smokebombs, but dislike cheap tippers.

• Rock Gothlington (voiced by Scott McNeil): A big time Gothic metal rock star, he possesses unholy powers, including breathing fire and making himself gigantic. He also apparently sometimes employs the use of a Destruct-O Beam (the gun he is seen with in "The League of Super Hockey"). His biggest fan is Doktor Frogg, but Red is probably the only member of L.O.S.E. Rock might remember by name, as the group's attempts to sabotage the star's show backfired, and instead resulted in Red going on the rest of Gothlington's tour to re-create the havoc he committed (which rather than ruin the show, was instead wildly applauded). Visually, he looks rather like Glenn Danzig and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein had a baby, and gave it Philip Oakey's haircut from The Human League.

• Susie Scouts: An evil extortion group that doesn't take no for an answer when selling their cookies. An obvious play on the Girl Scouts. Voltar, distracted by squirrels, said no to one of them, not even realizing that he said no to a Susie Scout. The neighborhood thought it was intentional so they worshipped him for it, but he mistook it as hatred of squirrels.

• The Henchbot Elites, manufactured by Rotten Core, were purchased by L.O.S.E. to replace Henchbots 17 and 32. However, despite their impressive visage, they are completely useless unless they are continually fitted with dozens of highly expensive and specific upgrades and add-ons, all of which listed below

  • Lawn Ornament Defense upgrade
  • Sanitation upgrade
  • Robot Combat
  • Shelve-Stocking upgrade

• Kinder Creep (voiced by Scott McNeil): Supervillain version of Santa Claus. Like Voltar, diminutive in size. He delivers gifts to villains every Chaos-mas (supervillain version of Christmas) who have been particularly bad all year, coming in through the toilet instead of the chimney. Loves moldy cookies and expired milk. The League tried to ruin Chaos-mas for every other supervillain until they ran into him at Skullossus's lair and ran back home, only to find that they were rewarded for their nefarious deeds.

• Dr. Budlington Von Pantaloon III: Voltar's rival from supervillain kiddie college, the two were always at odds over who was the better evil mastermind. He, like Voltar, is also petite in stature, with a gray face-less helmet, matching coat, and no pants (just underwear). He seems to have chosen underpants as a sort of supervillain "theme", having a pair of them stretched over the top of his helmet, and a desk shaped like a pair of briefs. Even his evil pet monkey, Ralph, wears a pair of briefs. He is obsessed with possessing Voltar's "Lucky" underwear, believing they will bring him villainous success, as well as doom Voltar to a life of failure. He has a thick accent of indeterminate origin, though it seems to be a mash of various European accents, most often sounding like a squeaky Sean Connery.

• Malakai ("Mal") Milk (voiced by Scott McNeil): A quiet, seemingly innocent, somewhat bookish-looking boy, he is really a diabolical mastermind in his own right, who may or may not really be a child at all. Assigned to Red Menace as part of the "Cool Buddy" mentor program (an obvious parody of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America organization), Malakai suddenly finds himself the pupil of the entire L.O.S.E. team, save for Doomageddon, who immediately senses a threat, and distrusts the youth. During the time of his supposed tutelage with the team, Mal manages to successfully repair many inventions that Doktor Frogg had been previously unable to make functional, later using these same devices in a grand display of one-upsmanship that temporarily usurps Voltar's position as "Evil Mastermind". While more likely that the presence and gadgets of L.O.S.E. enabled him to finally act upon an already-present evil inclination, he attempts to defend his actions by stating that it was merely learned behavior from his "Cool Buddies". However, because of so many previous run-ins with L.O.S.E., this claim falls deaf upon the ears of General Sargeant, who is well aware of the League's incompetence in the field of villainy. Mal is taken into custody by the army, but not before vowing vengeance against his former mentors. While initially appearing to be a shy, freckle-faced blond boy with blue eyes, he possesses an incredibly deep, sinister voice, and his eyes change to a frightening all over violet, with glowing white pupils.

• Team League of Super Evil: A street hockey team formed from the League of Super Evil versus the neighborhood kids. Voltar eventually replaced his minions with Metrotowns super-villains like: Skullosus, Rock Gothlington, Doom Driver, and Commander Chaos.

• Evil Stevens: A villain who owns 'Rotten Core' a store for villains that sells various items like the 'iDestruct' for very ludicris prices. In the store he always has a pair of Henchbot Elites to help him, hates giving out refunds and sometimes appears in tv comericals to promote new items at the store.

Heroes

• Justice Gene: A perfect neighborhood obsessed suburban law officer who always tries to have things regulated and has a ticket shooting gun (enforcing incredibly ridiculous rules). He is the archenemy of the League of Super Evil and is always getting fired because of them. He became Museum Gene briefly after taking a job as the nightwatchman at the natural history museum to try and earn his superhero wings again, only to be fired again because the League purposely told him how to put the tyrannosaurus skeleton back together incorrectly. He took up other jobs, including working as a cop at a warehouse, janitor duty at the Hall of Glory, and a job as a delivery boy at Pronto Pizza. After failing at everything else he resorted to evil but failed even that, becoming Janitor Gene once again after Glory Guy mistook his rescue of Frogg for capture. He later became Bellhop Gene as he began a career at the Metrotown Plaza Hotel - and was credited with being a hero after defeating a mutant shampoo monster that the League accidentally created.

• Nanny Boo Boo: A superhero nanny that is a spoof of Mary Poppins. Her umbrella moves like a propeller so she can fly. She tried to nanny L.O.S.E. by giving Voltar timeouts, dressing Doomageddon like a girl, feeding peas and pie to Red Menace, and giving a safety helmet to Doktor Frogg. Frogg tricks Nanny Boo Boo by saying she has cured them of their evil ways and suggests that she nanny General Sergeant's daughter, Elizabeth.

• General Sergeant (voiced by Blu Mankuma): An army general responsible for production of weapons to counter the forces of evil. His archenemy is Skullossus. He often parodies various moments in action films, such as dodging lasers in slow motion (in reality, the lasers just travel really slow) or arriving a bit late as the villains get away.

• Elizabeth "Lightning Liz" Sergeant (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): The loud-mouthed daughter of General Sergeant, she is obsessed with shopping and fighting evil (even going so far as to shout out her demands). She forcibly took the XGL Prototype Battle Armor from her father and proceeded to find evildoers as "Lightning Liz". L.O.S.E. convinced her to give up the XGL model for the "YGL" model they made from household items, saying the XGL model was out of season. She makes later cameos after then, the first two cameos of which were out and in the YGL armor respectively, though she later returns in the XGL armor in 'The League of Super Hockey'.

• Captain Glory Guy: Glory Guy resides at the Famous "Hall of Glory", where the league lost their Uncatchable Flying Disk of Doom. Aided by Injustice Gene, they snuck in and retrieved the disk, only for Frogg to try and steal every other evil item Glory Guy has confiscated and set off the alarm. Gene tried to help Frogg, but Glory Guy mistook it for capturing him and gave him his old Janitor job back at the Hall of Glory.

• Force Fighters V: The FFV consists of Magenta, Goldenrod, Seafoam Green, Periwinkle and team leader Rosé. An overtly campy parody of Super Sentai heroes, they are the archenemies of Commander Chaos and are usually working at the Yamato Sushi Restaurant when not fighting evil. Their catchphrase is "Force Fighters V, actualize!" They constantly move in awkward movements while they talk (a parody of the Super Sentai poses). They aren't shown to have powers of their own but do have a giant robot formed from five smaller machines, a parody of the Power Rangers Megazords. Their robot has a great deal of fire power. L.O.S.E managed to defeat them using Commander Chaos' robot which they stole, mostly due to Doomageddon messing around with the controls. They come back to take 'revenge' on Chaos, believing it'd been him that defeated them.

• Master Sweets: Scout Master of the Susie Scouts. Her morality is questionable due to the extorting ways of her and her scouts, but she is good nonetheless. Sweets likes army boots and dislikes shaving her moustache.

Other characters

• Neighborhood Kids: They may be considered Voltar's archenemies.

• Mr. Nelson: The League's neutral civilian neighbor.

• Mrs. Johnson: A civilian teacher at Metrotown Elementary who can be spotted in the background at times.

• Ninja Waiters: Jules fellow employees at Villaynes.

• Miss B. Mean (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): The manager of the First National Bank of Villainy.

• Steve: The League's next-door neighbor, who is constantly annoying them.

• Evil Stevens: Former mad scientist & CEO of Rotten Core Technologies, a company that manufactures and sells gadgets to villains. Stevens and his company are a subtle parody of Steve Jobs and Apple Inc., right down to the trademark lowercase i before some product names (iDestruct).

• Mr. Lee: Manager of the Pronto Pizza in Metrotown. Hates the League with a passion because of their antics of delaying the delivery of the pizzas they order. At one point his top delivery boy was on a run, so he sent his cashier to deliver it instead. He failed to deliver it in time, but because the League tripped their own traps he got his tip anyway.

• Guy: An Unnamed character who seems to work at, or run any establishment L.O.S.E seems to employ. He often foils their plans, sometimes unintentionally or simply in the line of his work.

• Bandango (voiced by Scott McNeil): A mysterious cryptid resembling a female bigfoot lurking around Metrotown. Frogg is kidnapped by it, being mistaken for a male after Voltar tried recording a staged hunt for the creature as a prank.

• Team League of Insignificant Urchins: Local neighborhood kids who faced Team League of Super Evil to a street hockey game. Because Voltar summoned the villains of Metrotown, the heroes of Metrotown (Glory Guy, the Force Fighters V, Lightning Liz and Susie Scout Master Sweets) all assembled.

Justice Gene: L.O.S.E. must fight to keep the title of "most annoying neighbors on the block" by thwarting Justice Gene, a gung-ho suburban by-law officer. Gene's ticketing frenzy - for everything from yawning without covering your mouth to letting the lawn grow 1/6 of an inch too long - is harassing the neighborhood. LOSE counters him by breaking the rules. They are successful, as they eventually expose Gene breaking a rule himself -- not wearing proper socks. Table For Four: Left without a reservation and a famously long waiting list, The League tries to breach the Villaynes restaurant.

Escape From Skullossus: Left in the heat on a hot summer afternoon with a broken air conditioner, L.O.S.E. attempt to steal a science fair project, the "Quantum Weather Generator", as a substitute for it (which can freeze things). But, the Military, and a villain named Skullossus, are also trying to get their hands on it. So the LOSE must get it from the military/Skullossus as they battle. 10: L.O.S.E. tries to abuse Pronto Pizza's guarantee of delivery in 10 minutes or less for free pizza by leading a new delivery employee into a gauntlet to stall him.

Ice Creamed: Appalled by Voltar not being able to buy them himself, Doktor Frogg replaces the chimes on a ice cream truck with a mind control device to make customers buy tofu pops instead of fudge bars. Unfortunately, the plan goes out of control when he forgets to install an off switch on the device, and is only able to make the device's effects stronger. The Split: Voltar & Doktor Frogg compete (by asking the other 2 minions) which one of their ideas is better. Red can't pick, and Doomageddon randomly selects Frogg. Stressed, Voltar leaves. Frogg suffers from leadership stress as Voltar suffers living in a horrible apartment. But Red has a solution to the problem.

Slam Dunked: After being humiliated by a basketball player, Voltar lands in a car washing station and Commander Chaos mistakes him for an employee and gives him his Shuriken Typhoon Super S Atomic Destruct-O Bot. Evilest In Show: Voltar enters Doomageddon in a pet show under Red's guidance in order to win a trophy, but Doomageddon is in fear of one of his rivals, an innocent looking bunny named Cuddles.

Rock-a-Bye Voltar:Nanny Boo Boo flies into town and whipps L.O.S.E into shape. They try to fight back and use relentless tactics to attempt to get her away. iDestruct L.O.S.E. attempt to get an iDestruct, a multi-function evil device featuring mind-control functions and a voice-activated garage door opener, for free by being the first 5 customers at the Rotten Core store, however these plans are interrupted by the LineMaster, a villain who always defends the front of the line at big events for bragging rights.

One Zillion:To impress the neighborhood kids, Voltar brags that he can receive "one zillion" satellite TV channels, but after being coaxed by the kids to prove it, Frogg is sent into space in order to help make it a reality. Bite At the Museum: The League tries to steal a dinosaur bone from a museum so they can clone a T-Rex using it, but the museum is guarded at night by Justice Gene.

Full Throttle:When the League loses a drag race to Doom Driver, a ghostly vigilante racer who takes the rides of his victims, Voltar is insulted that he doesn't seem to want the lame V-mobile. Time for Dr. Frogg to soup it up into a ride worth stealing. Happy Birthday Dear Doktor: Voltar and Red decide to hold an evil birthday party for Doktor Frogg, but the humiliating party erupts into chaos when they activate Mr. Chuckles, one of Frogg's early inventions designed to wreck birthday parties.

Send in the Clones:To get out of picking up Doomageddon's radioactive messes, Dr. Frogg creates clones of the League to do the dirty work. Unfortunately the clones are far superior versions, and instead of picking up poop, almost succeed in taking over the world. Injustice Gene: After being fired from multiple jobs (no thanks to the League) and hoping to try his hand as a villain, Justice Gene comes to live with L.O.S.E. But the evil apprenticeship is soon put to the test when the League is forced to take on undefeated super hero Glory Guy; Gene's formal employer.

Bad-O-Meter: After a heavy metal musician insults Voltar at a store, he plans to disrupt his next concert. Meanwhile, Frogg trains Red to be more evil by instituting a device that gives him electric shocks if he acts good. School Daze: After being upstaged and defeated by Red at a new electronic trivia game, Voltar attempts to get back at the kids who laughed at him after his attempt by posing as a substitute teacher at their school and teaching them incorrect answers to the game's questions.

Suzie Scouts: Pre-occupied by a plan to capture a squirrel who rang his doorbell and then pelted him with nuts, Voltar unknowingly refuses to buy cookies from a Suzie Scouts member. While the Suzie Scouts leader is angered at the refusal (since "no one says no to the Suzie Scouts"), Voltar is praised by his neighbours. But after denying (accidentally) another Suzie Scout, LOSE is attacked by 4 "Cookie Commandough"'s -- advanced Suzie Scouts. Whilst unknowingly battling them, Voltar uses his squirrel trap on them; this defeats the Commandoughs, but once Voltar learns he refused the Suzie Scout's Cookies, he un-refuses eating them, getting rid of his army (but the squirrels still are waiting to attack). At The Movies: Looking to see a film based on the comic book "Nimron the Dark One" on opening night, L.O.S.E. take on "Nimron's Ten Great Tasks" to get prime seats for the film.

The Henchbot Elites: The League is coaxed into buying Henchbot Elites, new and highly advanced robots, but quickly discover that they require numerous expensive addons in order to be remotely useful. But when Red is nearly catapulted to Polka stardom, he's forced to choose between his art and his family.

Fortune's Fools: After only receiving the fortune "banana" from fortune cookies, Voltar goes to the factory where they are produced so he can get ones with his own fortunes on them. Lose Tooth: Doomageddon's tooth is hurting and he's chewing a lot. But each time LOSE tries to catch him, hearing the word "vet" causes him to warp away. And when it gets really out of hand, Doomageddon's howls of pain catch the ears of the army! Underwhere?: Voltar is forced to wash his foul smelling uniform by his fellow henchmen, but discovers his lucky pair of red underwear has vanished in the washer! This causes them to follow the source and discover Voltar's old school rival, Budlington Von Pantaloon!

Lose Junior: Voltar tries to teach a laconic boy named Mal in the ways of evil, proving to be more intelligent than he thought. The League of Super Hockey: The League assembles an all-star team of villains to play in a game of street hockey against a group of neighbourhood kids to battle for control of the streets. However, the gathering of villains catches the eye of the Force Fighters 5.

Franken-Blecch: Frogg creates a new mutant friend for Doomageddon in his laboratory, which ends up eating anything it sees, grows larger, and constantly burps. Meanwhile, Voltar tries to dig for buried treasure from an X marked in his yard. Room for Four: After their headquarters become inhabited by "Sudzilla" due to a shampoo related accident, the League stays at the Metrotown Plaza Hotel for the night where a superhero gathering is also being held, and try to steal all the complimentary shampoo and get a better room than where they were dumped. But, as Justice Gene now works as a bellhop at the hotel, he tries to foil their plans.

Past Due: After escaping a failed experiment using a bunker, Voltar and Red believe Doktor Frogg was killed and that he was now a ghost. Frogg however, plays along with this belief whilst going to the library to return a large amount of books. Degrees of Evil: The League order various novelty diplomas, but are coaxed by General Sergeant, believing the diplomas to be real, to help defeat a mutation of his sister's guinea pig Snookums.

Evil Never Sleeps: Doktor Frogg builds an "Awake-inator" to allow him, Red, and Voltar to stay up for a late-night monster movie marathon, featuring a movie involving a kid discovering everyone in his town was sleeping. But, after Voltar decides to use the device to keep them up to allow them to work through the night, Red is continually freaked out by a similar situation happening in Metrotown, revealed to be caused by a person boring everyone to sleep. Glory Hog: Glory Guy becomes the League's archnemesis, distracting him from being the nemesis of Skullosus, who is setting out a scheme to launch the Earth into the Sun.

Vollosus: A dry cleaner accidentally mixes up Voltar's pajamas with Skullosus's exo-suit, which begins to malfunction and takes Voltar on an evil rampage when he accidentally pees in it, as a result of being unable to use the new password lock he installed on the bathroom door. No Good Deed...: The League is accidentally credited with saving a pet bunny after trying to capture it, causing them to be dubbed heroes by the citizens of Metrotown. But, sick of the fame, Voltar plots to do an overly negative act when he and the rest of the League are presented with the key to the city.

Red Menacing: Red asserts himself as a temporary boss for "Henchman Appreciation Day", while the League acquires a high-powered military weapon from a crate accidentally dropped from a transport van in front of their house. Dr. Strong Frogg: Tired of being intelligent but weak, Dr. Frogg tries to make himself stronger by converting his brain into brawn.

Party Pooper: Voltar tries to get himself into a birthday party next door that everyone but him was invited to. A Lose/Lose Situation: The Legion of Supreme Evil, a parallel version of the League of Super Evil, move in across the street from each other, causing the two groups to partake in competition against each other.
25	"Dial 'E' for Evil/Voltar Squared"	November 21, 2009	212
Dial 'E' for Evil: Voltar accidentally crank calls an Ginorman emperor named Humungo, who then demands an apology from Voltar for annoying him. As a pay of tribute, Voltar however gives them black licorice, which is however a very powerful form of dark matter. Voltar Squared: After capturing Voltar, Humungo poses as him and steals all the black licorice in the city to build a giant space cannon powered by the product. Meanwhile in the midst of the battle, Voltar, wearing a paper bag over his head, desperately tries to get his helmet back.
