== Reception section ==

I saw a reception section, but I blanked it out due to the poor quality of it. The information that was on it was inside the game that would have absolutely no signification to be included in this article. Press reception is more notable. Critiscim

I agree this is more of an ad than an arcticle. It acts as though there is nothing wrong with Roblox. I am a Roblox user. In reality there are a lot of glitches and swearing from chatters. They say just the first letter of the swear word to avoid being reported. That is soooo annoying. It is fun, but it gets boring if the new games turn out like the old games. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Superemmy868 (talkcontribs) 00:22, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

But can that information be verified with reliable sources? Chris the Paleontologist (talkcontribs) 00:27, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it can. We can use forum links because major reliable sources don't look it off. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom). (talk) 00:13, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are too many inexperienced writers contributing onto this article

This is a problem that must be fixed. The article's style does not match with Wikipedia's standards. Jeremjay24 19:20, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request on 25 February 2012

I want to write about "IT'S FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" on Roblox. This page is semi-protected. I WANT TO EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A) this template is for requesting specific edits to pages, not requests for the ability to edit, and B) that group does not appear to be notable or worthy of inclusion--Jac16888 Talk 20:53, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It's just a tiny user-created meme. No. Jeremjay24 03:55, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

POV

I put up a POV template for the following reason: Lack of criticism. Everything cannot get away without criticism of the subject. Discuss your views here. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom). (talk) 19:15, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Just because the article has no criticism section doesn't mean it should have a NPOV tag on it. Yes, I will get to work on that though. Jeremjay24 23:38, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
My response: Don't you realize that peacock words have been abused in addition? Or maybe I misrepresented the policies. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom). (talk) 03:31, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted the tag and considered inserting criticism on the reception section instead. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom). (talk) 03:51, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

My reasoning for the tags I just put on the article

As you may see, I just tagged Roblox with problems with neutrality, and referencing. The reason I tagged it for neutrality is this:

  • The section "Reception"; it says things such as "good reception", "it also has been known that the community can be very rude"
  • "Although Roblox claims to be free-to-play" seems as if it is attacking Roblox

I tagged the article for insufficient referencing because entire paragraphs are unreferenced. Here's some examples:

  • The section "Reception"
  • The first sentence of the article, "designed for children aged 7 and over." This has no reference whatsoever
  • Part of the introduction, "Players also have the ability to customize their virtual character with hats and clothing and communicate with one another through groups, built-in instant messaging, and private messaging."
  • The section "Character customization"
  • All of the section "Economy", except for the last sentence
  • The entire section "Upgrades"

Aside from all of this, I might put the section "Game cards" into the section "Upgrades", if there's no objection to that. Thanks for reading my thoughts. Please give your input.

Well, I am a bit inexperienced after all, and I wrote the Reception section. Can you help me reach a sense of neutrality?
Ilikepie757 (talk) 01:11, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, and I put the "Although Roblox claims" thing as I thought it helped explain misleadence to that everything on Roblox is free. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom). (talk) 02:15, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
What is neturality? CoolWill (talk) 19:58, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
