The following discussions are requested to have community-wide attention:
Hello Everyone,I prepared a table for Fields Medal page which,in my opinion, would help us to reach a consensus about edits which have to be done to the page.Of course,I did my best to make it as complete as I could.I think it can be replaced with existing table in the article.(I must greatly thank dcljr for proposing a new and excellent table format):

There is a dispute about inclusion of critical information reported in reliable sources. The diffs showing the disputed materials are:
These are just two specific cases in the dispute, but the RFC is specifically designed to address the question if material that is critical about the subject can be included in the article, if the material is reported in a reliable source. Comments

The SAT scores listed on this page are based on sources that cite Yudkowsky himself as the source of the scores. Given the conflict of interest, should we repeat such a claim as fact without making the source transparent? Further, are SAT scores appropriate at all in a biography? 216.3.101.62 (talk) 17:09, 7 August 2014 (UTC) |
Shelley Moore Capito's maiden name was "Shelley Wellons Moore". Is "Wellons" still a middle name for her (and therefore should be included in the full name provided in the intro to her bio)?CFredkin (talk) 14:49, 7 August 2014 (UTC) |
Should the lede contain the following phrase:
As briefly discussed above, the wording shall change from "In contemporary Armenian sources he is also credited with creating" to the proposed version above. If approved, the wording in the lede of Georgian scripts shall change as well since it is currently the same. For reference, the sources used for this sentence can be any one of the following:

This article has been subject to disputed editing over how much space to devote to Capitol Ministries - see this revision vs the current. We need to gain consensus on how much detail to include, so all comments invited. I won't structure this yet as I have no idea..am only trying to admin this. Talk:Disappearance of Natalee Holloway
In 2010, Joran van der Sloot murdered Stephany Flores, causing individuals in the media and criminologists (among others) to connect this case with the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. For example, Larry Siegel, in the book Criminology: Theories, Patterns, and Typologies, writes the following:
Should these effects of the Flores murder on the case of Natalee Holloway (such as changing perspectives from criminologists, the media, etc.) be presented in the current section "Van der Sloot kills in Peru"?--MarshalN20 Talk 00:31, 28 July 2014 (UTC) |

Support - As mentioned in my opening comments, the Press-Telegram introduces their column in the context of "Anyone with more than a passing interest in rock criticism...", and the sentence directly before "the ultimate accolade" characterization already shows that an "A+" is the highest grade in the grading scheme/range, so it's unlikely the source is referring to it as Christgau's "ultimate accolade" or to reiterate this is the highest grade. Furthermore, this characterization ties into this WP article's paragraph on accolades given to the album. Dan56 (talk) 20:52, 25 July 2014 (UTC) |
Should the "see-also" section contain a link to Greg Mortenson with the text "also accused of fabricating portions of his biography to enhance his charity"? One person deleted it saying it was "unrelated" and a second deleted it saying it was "undue". Both biographies have large sections covering the fabrications. When I was reading her article, I was thinking "who was that other guy in the same situation, the mountain climbing guy." I think other readers are thinking the same thing and should be able to switch between the two. What do you think? Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 22:50, 24 July 2014 (UTC) |
