The 2021 season will be the New York Giants' upcoming 97th season in the National Football League and their second under head coach Joe Judge. They will attempt to improve on the 6–10 output from the previous season, make the playoffs for the first time since 2016, and win the NFC East for the first time since 2011.

Listed below are the Giants' opponents for 2021. On March 30, 2021, the NFL announced that they are expanding the regular season to 17 games, beginning with the 2021 season.[27] The 17th game has the Giants facing the Miami Dolphins, the 2nd place team from the AFC East, at Miami, Florida.[28]
