"Former" Marine James McGibney

The Marine Corps' official stance is that there is no such thing as a former Marine, summarized here: https://www.marines.com/life-as-a-marine/life-in-the-marine-corps/once-a-marine-always-a-marine.html Should the article be edited to reflect his status as a prior-service Marine?

Civility

The wiki page for Adolf Hitler is written with more civility than this page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.243.160.193 (talk) 07:09, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Felon as "occupation"

Having represented many alleged criminals, I would say it is true. Although if things went well, they were just wannabe felons. Saying it isn't an occupation is naive. I suppose that conspirator, thief, pornographer, etc. are out of the question. In any event, I'll go along with consensus on this one. 7&6=thirteen () 00:46, 19 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I am not willing to argue over the use of "felon" in the very first sentence, but having it restored with the edit summary "I would like to know the reason before anyone undoes it. If he is your hero keep it to yourself" makes me want to clarify that no, Hunter Moore is not my "hero" but I do not think it is Wikipedia policy to describe someone this way in the first sentence, which is the only reason I made the changes. I will leave it as it is but it looks like I got some dates wrong. generic_hipster 22:13, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

When you google Hunter Moore it says below his name: webmaster.

This moron surely is not some webmaster.... Do not insult real developers and confuse them with this moron. Diul2 (talk) 19:11, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: that's an issue you have with google, nothing we can do about it here. Try clicking the "feedback" link under the box on the google result page Cannolis (talk) 19:28, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion of Evans

It seems like the discussion about Charles Evans is a bit disjointed. It's confusing because it's not very clear why Evans' conviction is relevant to Hunter Moore until one gets to the very last clause of the sentence (reference 30). 2600:1700:B320:F920:F19A:BC93:34AD:FEFF (talk) 19:13, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
