I'm a bureaucrat on the Minecraft wiki - newly forked to https://minecraft.wiki using the Wikimedia wiki software - and I need to rename a user. I don't believe I or any other bureaucrat there has done this; the activity as all been just changing certain rights. I'm hunting around on the English Wikipedia for directions and not finding any. Is there some user interface feature I'm just not seeing, or something I should see when I visit a user page?
