Company

[edit]

Someone needs to develop the company into a separate article. 76.66.192.73 (talk) 08:27, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What about her company today ?

Birth and death date clarification

[edit]

Helena Rubinstein's birthdate is often misstated as December 25, 1870; she was, in fact, born in 1872. Lindy Woodhead's book War Paint[1] is the definitive source on Rubinstein's biography, with the most thoroughly researched sources. I have changed all mentions of Helena Rubinstein's birthdate to be consistent on this page and others.

Similarly, she died on April 1, 1965 (not March 31).

I definitely remember reading that in the last year of her life, burglars invaded her penthouse while she was home and she yelled "I'm an old woman and I'm not going to let you rob me! Get out!".

Amazingly,the burglars left empty-handed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.23.5.11 (talk) 16:50, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
