I won't start an article on any of these individuals, without discussing it here, first.
Rolfi Ferreira Cruz, fwiw, is not a BLP1E, as there are RS reporting on two attempted robberies in New Jersey, in 2017.
An alternate choice to creating redirects is to add wikilinks creating redlinks. In my experience this kind of redirect (1) just confuses people. We'll get sentences, in other articles, that say something like "...Rolfi Ferreira Cruz, the alleged gunman in the Shooting of David Ortiz..." Multiple wikilinks to a single article, that look distinctly different, is very confusing to readers. (2) in addition, the redirect misleads contributors who might go ahead and consider starting a stub for Cruz, if they weren't mislead because they saw a bluelink. If we were writing the WMF markup language now we might pick three colours, red and blue, as we have now, and a third colour for wikilinks that are redirects. People shouldn't be starting a stub for Cruz. Being wanted for attempted robberies does not rise to the level of notability, so he (like most of the list) is still a single-event subject. One possible solution to this is to create a list of suspects as a subsection of this article, and section-redirect the names to that subsection. bd2412T17:17, 20 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The use of this image is in clear violation of our WP:NFCC policy so I've removed it. It should be deleted, as the bar isn't going to become notable off this either, but a bot driven process will take care of that. John from Idegon (talk) 20:37, 20 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
