angina pectoris

The cause of death reported as "angina pectoris" is not recognized as such. Angina pectoris is the description of a typical chest pain due to blockage of the coronary arteries.

Pain (angina pectoris, headache, arm pain, etc.) is not a cause of death.

Thus, more precise is "...died of a heart attack..."

The link is incorrect - it refers to a Canadian parliamentarian. It should be to John Ferguson McLennan, a Scottish ethnologist. I fixed it. Irish Melkite (talk) 07:31, 7 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
