Jazztel is a teleco that operates in Spain offering triple play services (telephone, Internet and television). The company was featured in an April 2007 article in Spain's [El País] national paper, which - among other things - drew attention to Jazztel's appalling record of customer complaints with the country's telephone watchdog body (see article).

Jazztel's auditor is Deloitte SL (formerly Arthur Andersen of ENRON notoriety).
