BURN-E (promoted as BURN•E) is a Pixar short film based on the movie WALL-E that will be attached to the movie's DVD and Blu-ray release on November 4, 2008. [1][2]

The short film will be based on a character who was briefly seen when Eve and WALL-E fly around the Axiom Starliner, and enter through a door locking a welder robot outside of the ship. The robot bangs his fists against the door ultimately realizing that he has been locked out, the robot's name is BURN•E and he will be playing the main character in the short film. [3][4][5]

The short film was being produced at the same time WALL-E was and now is ready to be included as bonus material to the DVD/Blu-ray release.[6] BURN-E will feature music composed and conducted by JAC Redford, who was also orchestrator on the film WALL-E.[7][8]
