  1. To unite the people who adore Internet culture and Internet pop culture, and provide a pool of experts as needed
  2. To categorize Wikipedia's already bountiful information on Internet culture.
  3. To help destinguish between different sorts of Internet culture.
  4. To create an internet culture portal that binds all relevant information.
  5. Expand and improve on the articles related to Internet pop culture
