License tagging for Image:Awhemblom.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Awhemblom.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 11:05, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image source problem with Image:Awh routemap.jpg

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Awh routemap.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:55, 20 June 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 16:55, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please point me to where abouts on the source website it says that the image is released under the GFDL? J Milburn (talk) 17:08, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can see no evidence that the image is in any way free- in fact, the website explicitly says "2006 AWH Engineering College All Rights Reserved", which would imply that it is very much not free. As such, I do not believe the image is usable. Would you like me to delete it? J Milburn (talk) 17:14, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I realise it may seem ridiculous, but until the copyright holder has released it, we cannot use it (except under a claim of fair use, but this wouldn't fall under our rather strict non-free content criteria). I will delete the image now- why not draw your own map? J Milburn (talk) 17:21, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No. This image could be replaced by a free image (perhaps by drawing your own, or taking your own photo and annotating it) and so it does not meet our non-free content criteria, and, as such, cannot be used under a claim of fair use according to our policies and guidelines on the subject. J Milburn (talk) 23:07, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on TRASSET Services Group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. noq (talk) 10:32, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

TRASSET userfied

Hey, I got your message. I see that another admin has userfied the page for you. Is there anything else you'd like me to do, or are you taken care of? Peace, delldot ∇. 19:53, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Skier Dude, I have updated the source info. Please verify. Deepu Mohan P (talk) 06:10, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This image fails under two criteria - 1st, it's a copyright violation from [1] and not Creative-Commons 3.0 licensed. Second, it's a replaceable non-free image (i.e. the person is alive and getting a non-free picture(s) is possible). For both of these reasons it can't be used here. Unreferenced BLPs

Hello WarFox! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot notifying you on behalf of the the unreferenced biographies team that 1 of the articles that you created is currently tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 737 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Good morning,War fox

My name is Alison Weir, and I am very cross because I was blocked earlier.I expect an official apology from Fisher queen, yourself, and Momo san.I do hope that is clear.Love,Alison.

Hello WarFox. I noticed you already successfully nominated User:Chandye/Can i make money online, realy? at WP:MFD. However, you did not leave a rationale as to why you believe the page should be deleted. This is important as it will give users some insight into your reasoning for why the page should be deleted. Please return to Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Chandye/Can i make money online, realy? and explain your reasoning for the deletion of this page, which is normally before your signature. Thanks. Redfarmer (talk) 10:49, 21 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, per your request, I've granted you Rollback rights! Just remember:

Reviewer permission

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged revisions, underwent a two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't grant you status nor change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.

If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 19:54, 24 November 2010 (UTC) [reply]

Guzaarish

Hey WarFox. I noticed you reverted as vandalism an edit done by an IP here. I understand why you did this but would ask that you read the Talk page for the reason why the IP did this. The short of it is that the plot section contains numerous examples of copyright violations and needs to be cleaned up or most likely just rewritten from scratch. I don't want to do it myself (I know nothing about the movie) and so left a note hoping someone might come along and do it. Whether the IP was successful at the attempt is debatable but I definitely do not think it was an attempt at vandalism. Anyway, maybe you have some ideas for that section. False Accustations and Assumption

Hello, please note, Cited sources and being a fan do not constitute your false accusations please see defamation. Please read the sources, that are fact, and do not mix personal feelings toward the subject in your judgements. Thank you, and please do not pass libelous speculations on me. (Freejohngotti (talk) 07:59, 30 November 2010 (UTC)).[reply]

My apologies if I bothered you. I was referring to your user name and contributions in article John Gotti. I assumed you may have conflict on interest based on this. And about the rollback I did to your citation edit, was assuming the coi and Huggle asserted it was vandalism. Then I checked that manually and found it was legitimate citation, and I had rolled back my revert. Thank you for your understanding.WarFox (talk | contribs) 15:41, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, is there something wrong with my changes to this article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.22.217.162 (talk) 11:12, 4 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding Scrubs (TV series) Vandalism

Don't forget to check the history page to make sure you are reverting all recent vandalism. The version you restored to was a vandalized version of the page, I've made the proper revert to the article to remove the rest of the vandalism. Cheers! ialsoagree (talk) 18:09, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That was a careless mistake from my side. Thank your so much for doing the needful.WarFox (talk | contribs) 17:43, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
