The 2012 S.League is the 17th season since the establishment of the S-League, the top professional football league in Singapore. The season began on 9 February 2012 and is scheduled to end in November 2012. Tampines Rovers are the defending champions. The league features 13 teams which play on a home and away basis.

Teams

Etoile withdrew their participation in the league to concentrate on grassroots football and youth development. Brunei DPMM have re-entered the league, coming back since they were suspended by FIFA in the 2009 campaign. Harimau Muda of Malaysia have also enterd the fray.[1]
