Information icon Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Takeshi Takashina. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. --DAJF (talk) 09:49, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Levdr1lp. Your recent edit to the page WAKS appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The current WAKS (96.5 FM, licensed to Akron) is NOT the same station as the former WAKS (104.9 FM, licensed to Lorain). I understand how this may seem confusing; the issue is complex, and even local media often misreports what actually occurred -- not only between these two stations, but also five others. If you check the FCC online database, you will find that seven Northeast Ohio stations mostly traded callsigns on or about July 3, 2001 -- not their frequencies. Today, as in 2001, it is exceedingly rare for radio stations to change their frequencies; the "former frequencies" field in {{Infobox radio station}} is generally intended for older AM stations which were, decades ago, occasionally reassigned new frequencies. Czech elections template

Hello. I see that you added the non-public presidential elections to the Czech election template, perhaps not noticing the note in the coding which states that they should not be added to the template. However, after they were removed, you then readded them and deleted the note.

If you wish to change the long-standing arrangement that the templates exclude non-public elections, the best way forward would be to raise the issue at WT:E&R (the Elections and Referendums WikiProject) and seek consensus for their inclusion, as allowing non-public elections to be added would affect many of the 200+ templates.
