Kinsmen Club of Brantford
Kinsmen Club of Brantford is a Canadian service organization that promotes service, fellowship, positive values, and national pride who does much needed charitable work within their community.
Motto
"Serving the Community's Greatest Need". Our club raises funds and determines how to spend those funds in its community.
Kinsmen Club of Brantford
Brantford Kinsmen Incorporated was chartered on March 11, 1941 and on October 1, 1962 received its' Letters Patent from the Provincial Secretary and Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of the Province of Ontario.
Services
Brantford Kinsmen Club has provided many essential services to City of Brantford, Brant County & it's Residents, these have and do currently include.
Amongst the first projects Brantford Kinsmen Club was involved in was the Milk for Britain (a project supported by all Kinsmen Clubs across Canada) and the publication of the Roll of Honour for Brant Country Citizens who served in World War II.
Since that time numerous programs and projects have been undertaken by the Brantford Kinsmen Club such as the estalishment of the Brantford Church Hockey League, the establishment of the Brantford Minor Soccer League, the establishment of the Chiefswood for Children with Learning Disabilities (later to include Gifted children), the establishment of the Brier Basketball League, publication of the Brantford 1877 - 1977 "Remember" for the Centennial of Brantford.
Kinsmen Club of Brantford has been actively involved in their community, in the past as well as in the present time, through various projects some of which are: Elmer The Safety Elephant Program which today is the police Safety Awareness Van which instructs elementary school children on safety as well as substane abuse.

Volunteers
Kinsmen Club of Brantford is a dynamic volunteer [9] organization enriching our communities through service while embracing national pride, positive values, personal development and lasting friendships. We are predominantly a male-only club, but we also accept all volunteers from the community who wish to help our at out events, while helping out us they help out their community.

Organization
