This is a comprehensive discography of Slipknot, a nine-membered Des Moines, Iowa-based nu-metal band. The band, which formed in 1995, has released three studio albums, three DVDs, one live album, ten singles and eleven music videos. This list does not include material performed by members of Slipknot that was recorded with Stonesour, Murderdolls, To My Surprise, Dirty Little Rabbits or solo material by DJ Starscream.

The band has a large line-up, which includes two percussionists and electronics (samples and turntables), in addition to three guitarists, a drummer and a vocalist. The band is known for its distinctive appearance; each member wears individual masks and matching uniforms during all live performances. After experiencing many changes in the line-up, Slipknot released its eponymous debut album in 1999, after which there have been no further changes to the band. After two years of touring, their follow-up Iowa was released in 2001. The album went to number one in the UK Albums Chart and peaked at the third spot on the Billboard 200. After touring and work with side-projects, Slipknot returned in 2004 with its third album, Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses), which debuted at number two in the US. In 2005 Slipknot released their first live album, 9.0: Live. All of the band's studio albums and DVDs have been certified Platinum by the RIAA. Their debut album and their second DVD, Disasterpieces, achieved double and quadruple Platinum status respectively. Slipknot has sold in excess of ten million albums worldwide.[1] Slipknot is currently recording their fourth studio album, which is expected to be released in August 2008.
