  • Coach Eric Altamirano steps down and was replaced by Ryan Gregorio, who steered the hotdogs to a title last season. [1]
  • Ronnie Magsanoc retires from active playing to concentrate on assisting the head coach on the Purefoods bench.

Notes

Reinforced Conference: The Hotdogs could only scored one victory in six starts during the third conference with Harold Arceneaux as their import. He was replaced by Lenny Cooke, who debut with 49 points but Purefoods still lost to FedEx, 105-121 on October 3. The Hotdogs dropped further to 1-win, 8-losses, before scoring back-to-back victories. [2]
